I want to start by saying how nice the amenities and staff were during our stay. Location is also amazing. Bed was comfortable enough. Only issue is that we had a pet friendly room that definitely had a unique smell to it which was alleviated with some fresh air. Would stay at again

We had a delightful stay. The location, staff, and amenities were all excellent, and everything was just right. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to visit again!

The only disappointment was that I was on a multi-day backpacking trip and needed to leave one bag at the hotel for a few days until I returned. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to accommodate that request. I later learned that several other hikers staying at different hotels in the area were able to leave their extra luggage without any issues. If you're planning a backpacking trip and need luggage storage before or after your hike, it's worth checking with the hotel in advance, as this may be an important consideration.

Place was showing it’s age, breakfast was pretty bad, way too many kids (very loud) I would not stay here again.

We visited Estes Mountain Inn for the first time with our 2 year old and 8 year old. We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool option as the weather is always changing. We enjoyed the playground and games in the lobby. The smores and popcorn were a hit. The room was a little smaller than we anticipated but it was still comfortable with AC and the smart TV was convenient as well. Can't wait to plan our next trip!

Amazing stay at this place. Family reunion type vacation. The accommodations were amazing. 2 pools, sauna, ping pong, horse shoes, nightly smores... Incredible staff as well. Views were incredible as well. Would stay again in a heartbeat. We all loved it. Thanks Estes Mountain!

2) When checking in, the staff told me that my booking via Expedia was arranged in such a way that I would stay in one room the first night and in another room next night. I couldn’t believe it since booking was for 2 nights, and the communication from the hotel stated the same several days before my arrival. I insisted that this be corrected. Then another staff member found a way to fix it. What if they were not able to correct the situation?

Rooms are small, this is an old, refurbished property. Indoor pool is far from rooms because it is shared with another property. Air conditioning units in rooms are loud, and if you turn it off the room temperature climbs up to 80+ degrees. Rooms here are too high priced for the size and decor. difficult to sleep in due to cleaning staff making noise early in the morning.

We traveled with our 4 kids and loved our stay! The kids got some energy out on the playground and the teen enjoyed ping pong. The kids also enjoyed some family games at the lodge. The place is a little dated but can see where improvements have and are being made. We would stay again.

Rooms and service were great. The property well maintained with tons of things to do. Grills, fire pit, horse shoes etc.. Even smores. Only recommendations- no carpets in pet rooms, most places have gone to flooring. Also was told breakfast would be ready at 6:00. One gal should up at 5:55 thus breakfast not quite ready....got our start to the park off slower than planed waiting on breakfast. That said...breakfast choices were awesome.

Clean and close to town Popcorn daily and we had s’mores on Friday evening all supplied by host

Room was clean, but fabric armchairs were pretty worn out and stained. Carpet was stained too. Soap was decent and good lotion was provided. Continental breakfast had no hot food, except for 1 waffle maker, but lots of topping options. Walls were thin, could hear neighbors rustling around up stairs and everything outside our door. Hot tub and indoor pool was enjoyable and relaxing

We had a great stay! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, a little on the small size, but had everything we needed. The hotel was in a great location, close to town and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Clean room, great location, and great staff! Easy parking and breakfast was a plus! Would stay again

S’mores and cool welcome activities and additional supplies for breakfast. Super close to Rocky Mountain National Park! Cramped space for breakfast but fun patio with fire pit. Didn’t try hot tub or pool.

Very nice stay. Would definitely recommend this .

Very friendly and kind staff at check-in. We had a 2 room suite for 3 folks that was perfect for a great night's sleep before hiking. Don't let the somewhat ragged outside of the lodge worry you - our room was lovely and in great shape on the inside, plus quite clean. We enjoyed eating dinner on the picnic tables and the free smores. We left before breakfast began but were offered granola bars and popcorn the night before that we enjoyed. It was the best deal for our need of 2 bedrooms (we paid $270 for a weeknight) and we were overall pleased, esp in a very expensive town like Estes Park. Bonus: a ton of wee ground squirrels frolicking in the backyard!

Felt like a cabin. Reasonably quiet. Light outside room.
