Estes Mountain Inn

Great breakfast options, facilities were clean and simple. Location was short walk to shops and restaurants. Our door was wide open when we got there, that was a little alarming but maybe the cleaning crew forgot to shut it. Walls are thin you can head neighbors but overall not terrible.

Stayed 2 nights, very clean, neat, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Will stay again

I thought it would have been helpful not to have to unplug the microwave to use the coffee maker.

Smelled like a dog. Had to go out and buy air fresheners just to sleep there. Not enough electrical outlets in the room.

Wonderful, helpful, understanding staff. Loved the filtered water filling station. Ended up with altitude sickness for 24 hrs but was glad I was at this hotel, because I felt comfortable in the bed n room and felt safe there. Absolutely would stay there again

Room was great and property was quiet

Very small rooms but comfy and clean . Needs up dated badly. I fly it was nice but too expensive for no nicer than it was. It’s is conveniently located to town, & park.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. There was fun event at evening with smore. Ping pong and hot tub. Near the Rocky Mountain. The room was small and soundproof was bad. Bathroom didn’t have ventilation. Fly.

The property was very nice! Got to see a couple elk on my first night. I also like how they had snacks provided throughout the day and that there was popcorn and s’mores in the evening. They also provide breakfast in the morning. I only eat breakfast there one of the days I was there, but it had some good options. Staff was very friendly and very helpful when I had any questions or needed help with things in my room! The hotel was dated but that was ok with me! The room was just extra extra small, which worked fine for me since I was out and about most of my time.

Great staff. Super helpful and considerate. However the property is dated and AC didn’t seem to fully function, only one side was getting cooled. Otherwise great.

Room was small and the morning breakfast was small. Not a great value for the money.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is on the older side. However it is clean and well maintained. The bed is on the firmer side. Our room did not have good lighting over by the TV. A lamp in that area would help.
