Great location and value! Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, nightly smores were a treat, and the views were beautiful!

Very nice location, clean room, and very friendly staff. Loved the popcorn and smores! Nice pool and lobby. Overall very great stay.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and enough parking.

Good location, nice view. Rooms were comfortable and simple. It would be nice if hotels realized that no one can actually sleep well with big fluffy pillows. The hotel is a bit loud and not very sound proof. Breakfast is weak. Stay here for the location and family friendliness

First floor, you’re not sleeping. Second floor guests were probably too loud for us but still, floors creak too much you’ll hear anyone. Bring ear plugs.

Great property, older vibes but clean and felt safe. Pool was good. Ice and laundry were easily accessible. They also have a filtered bottle filling station in the lobby. Super close to the Fall River entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. One opportunity I saw for improvement was the breakfast setup- it is a narrow, galley-style setup and difficult to access the food, as there are many people there in the morning. Free parking and some mountain views - can’t beat it!

Room was clean, but bathroom has smell and not much ventilation to room. Bit disappointed and check-out room with that reason one day advance. Staff on property was very good

Clean room

Great place to stay. Our room was newly renovated and it was very nice. The place was cleaner than most big chain hotels.

Fast check in and clean room

Staff was unfriendly. Blankets were stained. Room was old and cheap materials. No staff on-site after 10 pm. People were loud outside our room. Noise kept us awake. Bathroom was small and cramped. No decaf coffee. Breakfast was poor with only one person running front desk and stocking the breakfast. Not sure how this place was rated so highly.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to everything.

Very close to the rocky national mountain park, area is quiet and clean. Pool is also wel maintained and breakfast was amazing.

Very nice hotel! We will definitely stay here again!

This is a small but well run property. Rooms have always been clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. I've stayed twice and will stay again when in Estes Park, CO. Great experience!

Good hotel, pool was clean. Breakfast is very basic.

The property has a vintage roadside motel feel that may bring back memories of family road trips and could be a good fit for travelers with children or those seeking nostalgia. For us, however, it wasn't the quiet retreat we were hoping for. The furnishings felt dated, and the mattress was marked 2012, although it was clean. With exterior-entry rooms, indoor outdoor carpet, wall unit A/C, creaky floors, and noise from the room above, and children playing in the pool by our window, we found it difficult to relax and recharge. Despite a quiet policy, the normal noises from other occupants felt disruptive due to thin walls and aging floors. We couldn't unwind there. Given that this was one of the more expensive accommodations of our two week trip, we expected a more restful and quiet space. We chose to leave early and absorb the cost in order to find a setting that better suited our needs away from Estes Park, as it appears to be the norm there. The staff was very nice and the property was clean. It simply wasn't the right fit is as travelers seeking rest. That said, our impression may also reflect the area itself, which felt over crowded, busy and frantic during our visit. If you're looking for an active, nostalgic road-trip tourist atmosphere this may be a good choice. If your goal is to slow down, relax, and enjoy some quiet after a day in the National Park you may want to consider other options.
