Good location. Helpful staff. Breakfast nothing special. Parking is tight.

Not the best place to stay, beds are stiff as a board. Very uncomfortable stay. Nice staff.

a very nice place we were referred to. Once being there I was made aware of the many choices available if you plan ahead.

FYI, the only room they rent when booked through Expedia is a lower level room (you go down the stairs, 1/2 below ground), with the parking headlights going straight through the window above the bed. The layout of the room was nice size, it had a kitchen, fridge etc, but the bathroom door did not close and the toilet seat wobbled. The place has better rooms with a view of the mountains, but they said the room we got was the only room they book through Expedia. So be forewarned. The hot tub was large and had great jets but was kept too hot. The indoor pool was OK. The breakfast was weak, but there are options around the area.

Excellent stay in every way. We were there for more than a week. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Nice room nice hot tub great staff great continental breakfast. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Checking in, we had questions and the staff were very helpful. Great location, rooms were appropriately stocked and lots of places to put items and get dressed! Very quiet spot (except for a few noisy elk)!

We enjoyed our time staying at this hotel in Estes Park area. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day hike. The staff at check-in and at breakfast are awesome. The room was very clean. Of course we weren’t in the room much as we were hiking. Thanks we’ll come again Steve.

The included breakfast and hot tubs were nice perks, although I didn't really utilize either. Got the job done as a place to crash but wish it was a little more comfortable.

I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the amenities! Such a great place! I can’t wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was great from start to finish. The rooms were awesome, clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. The service was excellent, and everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!

The property was beautiful, well maintained, clean, the staff were friendly, helpful. S’mores and popcorn at night were an extra bonus. We had no complaints about the property.

Everything was great as usual. The staff are amazing and we love all of the little touches like s’mores, popcorn, snacks. The property is well cared for and the hot tub and pool are so relaxing. We can’t say enough about our stay. We come every year to this hidden gem.

Property was a little dated and needed maintenance (mold in caulking, creaky mini-split a/c). We weren’t there for the stay though - we just slept. Our room was the executive suite - wasn’t executive ;). Mostly disappointed in the clientele. Not sure if it’s time of year (after Labor Day, schools are in session), but most of the folks were grumpy retirees. They literally shoved our 4 and 6 year old daughters out of the way at breakfast. They saved seats instead of letting a mom with full hands sit down by her children. An adult man probably in his 70s shut a door in my daughter’s face instead of holding open. Was incredibly strange. No fault of the inn - but maybe be wary that if this is their clientele and you are expecting a welcoming atmosphere from other travelers. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Location ideal for 2 days at Rocky Mountain NP and visit to Estes Park. Spacious room in B building. Well equipped kitchen area, two tables. Large hot tub! Covered parking. Exceptional kindness from the night manager, Amber, who arranged for our room upgrade. Welcoming and helpful staff. Good variety of tasty breakfast options. Appenzell Inn office was hard to find in the dark since it’s located at the sister property, Estes Mountain Inn.

Loved the outdoor feel and the quiet. Had a little issue with the windows that was open at the top but was able to close it.

Breakfast could improve.
