Best Western Plus Silver Saddle Inn

Didn't spend much time in our room as we were on vacation and busy but we were satisfied with the accommodations

Great stay just wish the accessible rooms were on the ground floor. The elevator briefly broke but staff was helpful and allowed us to use the staff elevator.

What I really want to highlight, though, is the experience I had traveling with my service dog. If you rely on a service dog, I would not recommend staying here. During our stay, I felt like the staff were looking for reasons to complain simply because I had a service dog with me. It made me feel unwelcome and very uncomfortable. I travel frequently with my service dog, and I have never been made to feel this way at any other hotel. In particular, the front desk attendant, Tim, was seen by me and my husband twice walking near our room, which only added to the feeling that we were being watched. Everyone deserves to feel welcome and respected, especially guests traveling with a legitimate service animal. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

We were in a hurry to get on with our day’s plans and left a pair of prescription glasses. Called the front desk asking them to look at breakfast area since that is where we thought they were. The staff looked in several places and found them in our room. Called us and we were able to pick them up at the end of the day, much to our relief. Staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in and check-out.

The property was clean and well kept. The breakfast was outstanding.

The room was clean and nicely maintained. We had a Mountain View room which was beautiful and quiet. Great facilities as well. Breakfast was great!

The breakfast was amazing.Lots of great choices and very tasty! We didn't leave there hungry. The room was very big, two kings sized beds for the three of us, which was wonderful.Since our daughter had her own bed. Lots of room to spread out and very comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub was wonderful and very relaxing. The staff was very kind.We had the little problem getting into the building with our card.And he came over and helped us and everything worked out great. We are very pleased and didn't have anything negative to say. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our experience wonderful!

This was by far the best place we stayed. Room was very large and comfortable. Had two comfortable chairs to sit in to watch tv when we were in the room. Had our two grandkids. They enjoyed the space that the room offered. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great Breakfast!

We had a great stay at The Best Western! The property was clean throughout, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, and the 24 hour coffee station was a hit with us!

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Their breakfast buffet is the best I have ever experienced. All the staff we met were very friendly and accommodating.

The staff is great, the rooms are clean, the breakfast was outstanding every day, and the view is amazing. I stay here every time I come to Estes Park.

We arrived at 2 am after flight delays but staff made sure we had our room access when I called ahead to ask about our late night situation. Breakfast was really good and lady at the concierge gave awesome sightseeing tips for the short time we were there

Excellent facility. Breakfast was outstanding.

Not sure why the old lobby isn’t in use… seems better than the makeshift one they have now. Otherwise good hot tub and pool, clean room, great soap and hair products provided. Small parking lot and right off the main road but overall fine for one night.
