Room was large, beds were comfortable. Microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator included in the room. Staff were super accommodating and nice. Only complaint was the pillows were tiny and the parking lot fills up quickly

True 10 stars to staff at front desk. Excellent suggestion for restaurant nearby. And special kudos to Colleen who shared great info on where to go inside RMNP. We had a wonderful park experience. Plan to go back and will stay there again. Best Westerns were the best hotels we stayed at.

I like the character of the hotel and room. Bg room lots of towels available. Unfortunately no breakfast for us because it was the end of the season.

Breakfast options included waffles eggs and coffee in room pikes peak was good Motel / room door opening to outside instead of a hallway. That was fine for fall but wouldn’t recommend needing to go outside to get to breakfast in winter.

Just a bit out of Estes Park but for us traveling in September getting into town to enjoy walking , shopping and dining and finding parking was not an issue. The national park is 10-25 minutes away depending on which entrance you choose.

Nice rooms and breakfast! A big building sitting in a parking lot! Expensive for what you get! No character! No outdoor tables, play area, pool or grass area! Will never stay here again!

Liked our suite had outdoor front door and seating outside our door to look at the mountains, yet covered. Wish the suite had a sofa in it somehow instead of all single chairs.

The room was very nice & clean. It would have been nice to have a cart available at other entrances besides the front. They couldn’t get both of our room keys to work at the same time. We were charged an extra $50 the day we checked in & we have no idea what it was for. It showed up on my credit card. We will have to call them tomorrow
