Best Western Plus Silver Saddle Inn

The double king beds room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was nicer than expected with hot foods as well as cold. The rooms had a keurig with 4 coffees and two teas. The staff was polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay was fantastic. Great room with lots of space. The fridge & microwave made it easy to have a few things in the room to eat and keep drinks cold. The breakfast was excellent, & I used the coffee machine in the lobby daily. Would absolutely recommend & would stay again.

Location

Location I didn’t like the fact that you had to have such restricted time frames to go to the gym and sign a waiver every time. Also, I am a smoker and was required to stand out by the road between two white lines. That was the only designated smoking area, although my room was in the rear of the hotel where I could have smoked at the property line and it was far away from rooms. Staff could have been more friendly. Also had to go through what seemed to be an old entrance to find the coffee. Since the breakfast area was locked until serving time. Just happened upon this coffee. Better communication would help.

The staff were very helpful. Facility very clean and location is walking distance to Estes Lake. We were given a room with a balcony and the view is amazing. Excellent breakfast and good coffee. Overall, Best Western exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

Staff were helpful and nice. Breakfast was normal. Coffee machine was great. Price was expensive for a small room, small bathroom that has no outside view. Did not expect my window's view was the hotel lobby. I felt suffocated by the room size. It did not feel like I was on a vacation. They should have informed me at least or detailed the description of the room window in the website. It felt like we did not have privacy we can hear loud people walking and talking in the hallways. The locations of the rooms are also confusing. It was like a maze and you can get lost. I chose this hotel because i thought the rooms were great because of the higher price and there were cheaper hotels that had a better view. It wasn't worth it.

Excellent stay at the Silver Saddle. I’m not sure how old it is but it it’s incredibly well maintained. Seems very much like a family run hotel. Beds were comfy. Great water pressure. So very clean throughout. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend as a base for Rocky Mountain National Park.

Everything was well organized and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful when looking for a good restaurant. Close to the park.

The location is great and the hotel has a number of useful amenities like a pool and hot tub. The breakfast is very solid. The room was clean and equipped with several useful items. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The price is ludicrously high. Prices in Estes Park generally have tripled since 2001.
