Very clean rooms and the staff was great. Breakfast was good.

The property is pretty well worn out. Carpets are old and nasty after so many cleanings and mattresses are worn out with the crevices.

We enjoyed our stay at the Quality Inn in Estes Park. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, all staff members were kind, helpful and hospitable. The grounds were very nice and the room was comfortable and clean. Our daily breakfast was good and ample, with the hard-working and pleasant folks working in the kitchen being very warm. They always kept the place clean and the dishes full. We recommend to others and thank you. The location also was very good and we enjoyed walking to the Estes Lake Trail. The short drive to the Estes Park town was also quite convenient, as was the short drive to several entrances of RMNP.

The room had a beautiful view of the mountains on the outdoor deck - this was our favorite part. The room was clean and comfortable. The noise travels and we were woken up with voices outside from 11 pm to finally ending at 1 am. Breakfast was a very basic hotel one.

We enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn. We had a nice large room facing the courtyard. The parking, facilities, location, and staff were excellent, including the pool and hot tub. The included breakfast and staff were excellent as well. Our bed was a bit more firm than we like, but the bedding and pillows were excellent.

This is an older property in an excellent location. It is meticulously maintained. It had the quietest HVAC unit of any of the hotels we’ve stayed in recently. The parking is great. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I wish we would have stayed longer as it is a great home base for Estes Park and RMNP fun.

The room had been “updated” but they are small with the old drop ceilings. No ceiling lights made the room dark. The old style AC had been updated with a new motion detection thermostat so that when you went to sleep and didn’t move for a couple of minutes it kicked the AC off. Having to get up multiple times over night to turn the AC back one isn’t anyone’s definition of a good nights rest. For the price I would have expected better. Next time I will stay elsewhere.
