The room was fabulous! Clean, comfortable, and with great chairs, bed, massage chair, and kitchenette. We enjoyed the hot tub and the view was spectacular.

Great location, clean room and excellent customer service. Great stay for us. Close to everything but away from the crowds.

Very clean and nicely decorated room. I got sick just as we arrived, so parking right outside the door was great. We had a 2 Queen rooms. It was comfortable, we slept great, and enjoyed picking up continental breakfast before heading out. Note, this is not the walkable area of Estes Park, but is easy to get to and from RMNP. My only suggestion is for better lighting in the room. Sink is outside of bathroom. Vanity lights were for aesthetics, and did not help with mirror tasks like makeup, tweezing, etc. Maybe at least one of those wall attached extending, lighted round mirrors? Great stay, very nice staff, great value.

Very clean! Great location and quiet. The staff is over the top amazing! It is family owned and they take pride in caring for it! There was nothing not to like.

Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small w/out countertop space for all the girly stuff to get ready.

Staff was so friendly. Shirley was so friendly and engaging The hotel is old fashioned and had metal keys and only one story. Excellent location.

Super clean. Great staff. A nice and simple hotel. The location doesn’t have much of a view and they don’t allow pets

It was updated, clean and a great location. Absolutely nothing.

We called ahead to see about dropping off our luggage ahead of check-in, and the helpful voice on the phone went ahead and checked us in and offered an upgraded room. Upon arrival, we were a little concerned when we saw the building (it was built in the 50s), but we were pleasantly surprised. The building looked very well kept and our room was even nicer. It had obviously had recent renovations. The room was immaculate. The bathroom was modern and we found plenty of electrical outlets throughout. Everything was clean and in good repair. The air conditioner was quiet and effective. The upgraded room had a few nice extras as well. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was newer. We enjoyed relaxing in their new outdoor hot tub before bed. On-site parking was very convenient and the morning breakfast was filling. The staff was excellent, helpful, and friendly. If I had to mention one slight negative, it would be that the bathroom was smaller as you would expect with an older building, but they had done an excellent job of modernizing it. I am not one to write a lot of glowing reviews, but this was well deserved. I would highly recommend Columbine Inn. I only wish that we could have stayed longer!

I would stay here again. The staff is super friendly and incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast bar was exceptional and no issues with any amenities.

The room were very clean, staff was great my only downfall was not a lot of counter space in bathroom for 2 women traveling together otherwise compared to other hotels in the area it was a great price for what you got.

distance to town and location itself The floor was very dirty

Hot tub was awesome! Hummingbirds everywhere in the evening and saw a young elk pass out room. Family owned. Comfortable bed, employeesnwere great. We also met the owner who is extremely nice and cares for the place and guests. Breakfast was convenient and the perfect amount. We will return! Everything was great. Nothing to complain about!

The staff was super friendly! The rooms were very nice and clean. There were a lot of simple touches that we were impressed with. For example, the real fireplace was burning during breakfast. There were plenty of outlets in the room. They even had liquid hand soap instead of a bar. We would totally stay there again! Nothing

Although small (how much room do you need, after all?) the room and bathroom were clean and tidy. I liked the wooden Venetian blinds in both the front and back windows--so much light during the day and so dark at night. I loved that the temperature was constant without AC or heat--so quiet even with temps in the high 80s during the day and in the 40s at night. Most of all, I loved how attentive the concierge, Shirley, was and how interested she was in my activities. Columbine Inn is where I will stay on all future trips to Estes Park! A shelf in the bathroom for toiletries would be helpful.
