Place was okay. Proximity to the park was good.
-
Beautiful place to stay. Loved the views and the amenities they have.
-
It was a great hotel.
-
The inside of the building was old. The cleaning crew was not very good. The breakfast was not good.
-
Every thing was just great beautiful views

Shower door wouldn’t close, fridge froze everything to an ice block, walls were paper thin. This is an old hotel with a coat of cosmetic renovations on top, but walls and doors still flimsy. Not great value for the price.

Very nice stay . Very helpful staff

It provided everything we needed for a one night stay

Okay stay room was spacious beds ok breakfast not bad.

I liked the refrigerator and microwave. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom shower had mold and it wasn’t clean, but it worked fine. The staff were friendly. We had 2 rooms. One room got cleaned once after asking. The other room was never cleaned even after asking. Overall a pleasant stay and the outside deck was very nice. Very convenient to the mountains and downtown.

I would say this property was not as advertised. Our room said “Mountain View” but we were on the back side of the motel.. lower level.. definitely no Mountain View. The pictures posted were also very misleading.

A special thank you to the young man in the breakfast area who kindly helped me prepare my waffle. excellent customer service!

Me travel. Me stop at hotel. Me get key. Key work good. Room clean. Room large. Me sleep good. Shower nice. Hear elk. See tourists chasing elk. Me take picture of tourist chasing elk from balcony. 5/7 would stay again.

This was a nice hotel in a great location. We would have loved to sit on the deck with the nice view and fire pits but 2 buses of a youth church group pretty much took over the whole deck with their sing a long. 😩

The room was not very clean and there was a bit of mold around the tub. The view from room was great and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent but a hodge pudge of things. Staff was very helpful and location was good.

The hotel allows pets, and we had a bad experience with a neighbor who let their dog bark on and off all night. The staff tried to locate the room with the dog, but the barking was not continuous. After at least 4 calls to the front desk, they located the dog, but the dog continued to bark occasionally through the night. We enjoyed a lot of other aspects of the hotel, but not being able to sleep most of the night ruined our experience here.

Parking lot is very tight - like 10 point turn to exit a stall, tight. Rooms smelled musty and old. 2 lamps in our room did not work. Shower head is at neck height so you have to duck to put your head under. Breakfast to open at 7am but opened closer to 8. Rooms echo and bar area was noisy. Convenient location, mediocre price. I’d recommend elsewhere.

Our first night here we realized that a lot of the outside doors to the hotel rooms don't close on their own or have handles on the back side and will stay unlocked if you let them and partially open. In the morning when we went down for coffee and breakfast that was supposed to be with the room, The lady at the front desk told us it would be available at 7:00 and when I asked about the coffee she said nobody has made it yet. There were 40 or more people waiting outside the breakfast area when they told us that the breakfast person didn't come in yet no one else stepped up to do it. When the manager finally decided to do it himself, he put out salad toppings and chili for young families with kids wanting breakfast. Inexcusable they had hours to figure this out and did nothing.
