We really looked forward to the amenities at this hotel. It is a great spot for kids to have lots of entertainment and the adults to relax. I wish that the ground floor rooms facing the pool had access to the pool without having to go out and around. We love the free game room. We were a bit disappointed that all of the video gaming stations were not working. The staff at the desk all had different answers as to why they weren't working so that was a bit confusing. I wish that when we checked in that the representative would have highlighted more of the benefits like kids eat free with a paying adult at the restaurant and the complimentary smores kits. We unfortunately spent a lot of money getting takeout from another place and bringing it back to the hotel. We found out the next morning at breakfast that we would have been able to save some money by eating at the hotel restaurant.

Location Dated room despite recent “refresh”. Cheap motel feel. Especially the hallways with their dirty carpet, low ceilings and dark interior.

Firstly, we received an upgrade. It was a fantastic experience. Secondly, the whole hotel was totally clean. There is a large indoor pool and hot tub. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. I didn’t go to breakfast but I heard it was large and very good. The bartender at the latatitude(whose from New Orleans) was a total pleasure to converse with. Shout out to the bartender! Lastly, the parking lot is huge but so is the hotel so get your parking spot earlier in the day. Great experience overall!

Although older, this place has been updated and is in good shape. Friendly staff. restaurant on site was adequate and food wasn't bad but the options on the menu were limited.Great location for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park!

This hotel was such a surprise and absolute delight! We were enamored from the moment we checked in and were told about the s’mores available each evening. There is no better way to spend a first night in the mountain than around the fire, making a sweet treat, with that incredible view! We were also loving the bevy water bottle fill up station. So great! Oh, and the game room and pool area were a hoot! Thanks for having fun entertainment options for adults who never really grew up. We will absolutely stay here again and spread the word to anyone coming this was that it’s Holiday Inn or bust! Thanks for a great vacation!

The main hotel was very nice, including the lobby area and pool. We were put in a room around the back in a separate old building which was ok at best. The ac unit made a loud rattling noise 24/7-had to shut it off each night in order to sleep. Beds were hard as a rock, very uncomfortable. Fixtures and furniture were dated. Bathroom extremely small. It was nice to use both the walking stick and binoculars while hiking. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would probably stay somewhere else if we visit again.

Excellent location and amenities for families

Very nice hotel, great pool, fire pits outside, great location. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. I liked their water refill stations with flavored water, tea and coffee. The only thing that could be improved upon are the doors to the rooms. They are heavy and don't shut unless you pull them shut hard which impacts all of your neighbors in the evening and early in the morning.

Very convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park. I couldn’t raise the air temperature in the room and my curtain was broken so I couldn’t keep the street lights from shining in towards the bed.
