The room was old but quite clean. Our rooms were at back side of the building so we have to walk through the entire park lot to access the amenities and breakfast. There is a garbage tank in the parking lot and the smell wasn’t pleasant . When checked out, the staff showed no interest to know how was our stay and simply said “you are all set”, that is it! Will probably not go back there again.

Hotel was fine. Staff were good. Beds were not comfy.
-
Not accessible for handicap people, no elevators for some of the buildings. Rooms were small and need a upgrade very badly Way overpriced for what they offer.
-
Great for families and kids, close by to everything ! Would stay again

The restaurant was nice We weren’t able to get into our rooms until 1&1/2 after the check in time and we had a wedding to get to. They took off the amenities fee which I don’t think they should have. There weren’t any amenities worth paying for. The grounds were not kept up at all. The view from our room was gross. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was amazing and very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Felt like home, with the whole hotel staff being very helpful. Definitely will come back again.

Quiet and nice hotel. Water and coffee in the lobby was awesome. Gym is not well equipped with many weights. Great location. S’mores and fires were nice too.
-
Room marginal at best, not clean located in basement. Located as far away as possible from main building, front desk chaos.

This is an old property and needs renovation. The wallpaper in our room was peeling, the shades didn’t close all the way, and their laundry facility consists of 1 European style small capacity washer/ dryer combo for a giant conference center/ hotel that has high occupancy capacity. The other weird thing is that 2 floors of rooms have giant windows that are 10 feet from the gigantic indoor pool. Guess it could be good if you have kids as you could absolutely keep an eye on them. On the other hand, seems like a great spot for a predator to watch kids. Most importantly, the room was clean and there is a fantastic laundromat directly across the street if you need that service. Great location for access to RMNP.

Great Hotel. Nice big swimming pool. Awesome game room. Plus the fire pits. Smores galore. The only thing that was missing. Was microwave in the rooms. Everything else was spectacular.

Very nice place to stay for family in Estes Park. Lots of good amenities to keep children entertained during their stay.
-
Hotel location was walkable to river walk and shops. Breakfast included was great. Fire pits outside were nice. They provided s’mores kits😁

The hotel was close to everything. They had great amenities as well!

My son enjoyed the game room. Pool area looked fun. We did not use it. It was a little dated. Lighting was not great in the room. The room seemed small compared to the other Holiday Inn we stayed at on our trip. It was also the most expensive room we had.

The hotel was very old & outdated. It's layout is a maze to figure out with no elevators or luggage racks to unload in the back area. The rooms were matchboxes with paper thin walls. The noise was unbearable with doors opening & closing constantly. It says dog friendly but it's anything but dog friendly. There's no suitable dog area & the property grounds were in bad shape. Overall the only positive this hotel has going for itself is the location. I would not recommend to anyone wanting a nice hotel experience with great rooms & comfort.

Fire pits and Smores! Room design was nice. Location convenient! We weren’t there long enough to find anything wrong!
