Parking. Friendly staff. S’mores lots.

The lobby was very nice. However our room was in the way back of the property that was old and didn’t have an elevator. We weren’t able to bring in our food coolers.

We would stay here again!

The employees here were beyond nice and helpful!!! Having a water fill station is super helpful, loved the flavored water!!!! My only complaint is the carpets are old and very dated. There also is no safe in the room. We paid a lot for the room because it is located perfectly if you plan on exploring the Rockies! Hotel needs an update!

The room was pretty outdated for the price, we were basically in a basement so it was a weird vibe. Bathroom light was missing a cover, and caulking had mold.

The staff were informative and helpful. The room was cleaned despite being located at a national park where people intend to hike. I like that there were games at the lobby and s'more's in the afternoon.

It was a great place to stay with family. They had a great pool and a game room that made it entertaining for the kids. Love the complimentary smores kit and the coffee machine in the lobby .

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here. Would recommend !

get a room service and change the Pillow and the blanket but they didn't. Them on the charge. It was pretty pricey for poor service.

Room was clean and comfortable- shower did drain very slowly and the shower curtain was dingy and smelled bad. Was only there for one night so did not address with staff.

Location. room, service. Everything was perfect. Could offer free breakfast.

This is a nice Holiday Inn....until you want to sit in the lobby and have a cup of coffee or a cold beer. For the life of me I dont understand what a pin ball machine is doing in the lobby....it is so loud and annoying. Most of the children playing on said machine didn't pay to play. They just beat on the machine for fun. Honestly this annoyance will keep me from staying there ever again.

Game room is a welcome touch especially for families. Drink machines for flavored water and coffees. Laundry on site. Wish I could have cast to the TV but we were so busy it was not a show stopper. The Elk showed up the day we left and also gave their seal of approval.

Great activities for kids, great staff, Sarah in the Dining room was Excellent!, and clean! The mattress was not super comfortable and kept sliding around the base.

This is an excellent place to stay!! Close to downtown the walking path and many hiking locations! Awesome pool, bar, game room and restaurant! Helpful staff!

We stood in line to check in for 25 min. Our room was in a different building that had 2 flights of stairs. The carpets in the hallway needed cleaned and the windows needed cleaned. Our beds were ok and the bathroom was clean. We did not stay and pay $16 for breakfast. This hotel did not meet our Holiday Inn standards.
