Very nice hotel. Staff were great.

Needs a little upgrading. The mattress in my room was way past it's sell-by date. Also, I miss carpet.

The extra bedroom in the suite was very helpful to reduce or eliminate the sounds of my noisy sleeper family. I’m sensitive to smells and many motel/hotels smell not so great. This establishment had no offensive odor. It was clean, and felt new.

The staff is super helpful and friendly here. They are nice people who have been well trained. Everything else is as you expect from a Best Western. The proximity to campus is a big plus

Great location if visiting a student at UO. Clean facilities and helpful staff. Breakfast was great! We will stay here again!

Ants in my bed crawling on my face. I got no sleep. Also in sink. I payed a lot of money and only got refunded 77$ not worth it

Great breakfast. Layout and location are great for quick access to the UofO campus.

The thing I like the most of the property was the stream that flow to the back of the hotel. They also had a walkway got to see and enjoy a lot of wildlife, different birds, ducks, beavers.

This was the perfect location for attending an event at Autzen. It was a quick, beautiful 1 mile stroll from the hotel so we didn’t have to mess with venue parking. The room and lobby were spotless, comfortable and there was hot coffee in the morning. We will definitely stay there again!

The rooms are very clean and way more quiet than I expected being right next to a busy street. The proximity to the U.O. campus can't be beat. It's a 7 min walk to the Unthink building and Hayward Field. The property is also a great location to walk to the Autzen stadium. U can't walk to it in about 25 mins and its a great walk over the river and through the trees. I'm differently coming back to stay here. The breakfast staff is very friendly as well.

The breakfast was great! Omelets were very tasty and the gravy and salsa were nice accompaniments. Staff was friendly and we appreciated being able to check in before 4.

Great Breakfast options, horrible parking options

Cute little hotel. Everything is great. Just a heads-up though—there is not a hot tub. The booking site says there is. Also, the pool is indoors which is great but it’s not heated. It was chilly in July, but we acclimated. Overall we would totally stay again.
