Very thing in the room was decent .

As noted before, all was perfect; however, the doors to the main office and to the breakfast area and pool are not senior friendly. They are hard to open, Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was also well equipped. The breakfast was in a clean kitchen. The road noise was very loud and could hear the people next to us fighting... then another room there was a party or something that we could hear. Noise was a factor in downgrading the review. The food temperatures in the kitchen were barely lukewarm. Dog area was marginal.

Front desk staff Lots of noise through the walls and floor. At some point a motor started up that caused the whole room to vibrate.

People were helpful and professional.

The room was clean. I stayed at the bottom room. There was a lot of noise upstairs. I can hear the loud footsteps. The alarm from the room turned on 4 times which woke me up. The staff working during breakfast was very attentive and friendly.

My only complaint (and it’s partially my fault for not following up) is that I stayed 6 nights and my room was not serviced. I’m not sure if I just kept missing the window to be out of the room or what, but it happened. Otherwise, I was pleased with my stay and will stay here again.

Great location for anyone having to business with the University.

It’s not the Ritz Carlton but for the money it’s a great deal. I was dropping off my daughter for school. The place is right across the street from U of O. Parking was easy, room was clean and the breakfast was good.

I have stayed at this location multiple times and it always meets expectations

The hotel was full but you wouldn't know it because it was so quiet I have no complaints
