Great breakfast!!

The breakfast was great! Omelets were very tasty and the gravy and salsa were nice accompaniments. Staff was friendly and we appreciated being able to check in before 4.

Great Breakfast options, horrible parking options

Cute little hotel. Everything is great. Just a heads-up though—there is not a hot tub. The booking site says there is. Also, the pool is indoors which is great but it’s not heated. It was chilly in July, but we acclimated. Overall we would totally stay again.

It was a great stay! Everything was good! My only disappointment was that I’d seen a hot tub on the website and wasn’t there!!

Overall, this room was a win. I did not take advantage of the breakfast, but I really enjoyed the room. I opted for one with a balcony that overlooked a wonderful Stream and a lot of ducks. I would say the room seemed outdated, and the carpet seemed very old. I usually stay at the Hayward up the road, but the price versus the cleanliness and amenities is having aligned so I took a risk on this one this year and I don’t regret it. The price was better. The room was Cleaner and the people were nicer. As a female solo traveler, I did not love that my room door was facing outside and did not really have proper security on the door. A.k.a., it would’ve been easy to kick down. Overall, though I just feel safe. It wasn’t the quietest location with construction across the street. I would not hesitate to recommend.

From the outside it looks like your standard motel, however the room we had that had a balcony facing the river was after pretty nice. You can tell it was an older property but it is being maintained. We loved have a balcony on the river; got to see ducks, nutria, etc swim by. The front desk staff was excellent, so friendly and helpful. The property is located right next to the university with beautiful walking paths. Breakfast that was included was a much better spread than we anticipated. All on all, it was a good stay.

The staff in the breakfast room were very helpful, willing to show how to operate the pancake machine, my husband’s favorite. Also, they kept the room locked up and fresh food coming.

The property is lovely. Only thing that could be improved was the sauna situation. We tried to enjoy the sauna but it had been left on at an elevated temp that was unsafe. It seemed like the timer was broken and it had been heating excessively. We could not cool it off to a safe temp and so just got out.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, clean room, very welcoming staff. Rooms and exterior were very dark and a little dated.

I have stayed here several times and continue to return because it’s ALWAYS a great experience! I appreciate the accommodations for my pet and the staff is always friendly

No hot water whe showing. No slipper in room

Great location, friendly staff, clean and nice rooms, good options with food around ( list provided by staff), good breakfast. Will definitely recommend if you want to stay in Eugene for couple of days.

The breakfast was great. The front desk staff were kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay close to University of Oregon.

I was apprehensive about staying on a ground level, but they put me in a spot that had a concrete wall in front, and empty space in back which provided Quiet- always what i look for. I would stay again.

I travel a lot for sports and this was one of our best stays of the season. The beds were super comfortable and the room was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and there were lots of options. The pool was fantastic, 8 feet deep and warm. Great experience!!

We were attending the Prefontaine Classic Track and Field meet and we were very happy with the location, only a couple of blocks walks to Hayward Field. We loved this location and the facility, staff and accommodations were great!
