Overall good overnight stay good breakfast and friendly staff.

The room was very clean. It was also very convenient to both Autzen and Hayward. We had a great stay.

Clean, easy, great breakfast

Breakfast was good, area is quiet, room was decent but with 4 people storage of luggage, bathroom toiletries & extra plugs in the room was definitely lacking & a challenge. The full length mirror was nice. Would be better with more lighting & a plug close by so someone could get ready for the day there. The sink is inside the bathroom so not able to use while someone is in the shower. Mini fridge was nice & we appreciated that. Disappointed how much they up charged the room due to an event in town that same weekend.

Location Price

Walking distance to Autzen along a clean and scenic path. It was approximately a 10 minute walks. Not bad. There was an absurd number of ants in our room. It was very upsetting for our teenager. They were in the towels, bathtub and all around the bathroom. The staff wasn’t able/willing to do anything when we requested a new room.

Great location. Loved being next to the river.

Super convenient to the university of Oregon, clean and quiet. All the vending machines were out of water bottles, they did have fill stations and water cups. Just wish they had additional water bottles at the counter to purchase.

Dirty matress, stained sheets, hair on the towels, smells like pee, ant in the shower.

Great staff and clean rooms!

Advertised as “dog friendly”, but I’d say it’s more “dog available”. They have a place for dogs to go their business, but it’s very small, open , and in the middle of the parking lot which was ALWAYS busy with human and vehicle traffic despite the place being half full the night we were there. A for effort on their part, but C for execution. Our dog would simply not do its business there.

Great service. Thought the room was about as good as a lot of four star hotels, until there was no hot water for my shower. I am confident that was fixed before another guest was booked into that room.
