Sufficient amenities for the price Very busy street, late night noise (beyond midnight), a couple homeless men loitering, heavy walking by the 2nd floor room above me

Easy walk to the U. of O. and much cheaper than the extortionate rate charged by the hotel a block away. Also easy walking to other useful places for shopping, dining, and such. All the necessities in the room were there. My only complaint is that the wifi was unreliable and intermittent. I couldn't log in at all the final morning I was there.

Needed a place to stay near Matthew Knight Arena for one night. This was perfect. Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy but in the end felt completely safe.

This motel is surprisingly quiet considering its location on a very busy road in Eugene. The room was clean, as was the outside. Bed was comfortable. Big shower. Convenient location. I would stay again.

Great location near campus and downtown. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The property is old and didn’t feel the cleanest. There were stains in the carpet and just old random furniture in the room.

Very clean and quiet. Great location with lots of options to eat or grab a drink. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice, and looked recently updated.

Yes... it is ol' school Motel Style but amazing well kept. You can tell that this property is a pride and joy to the owner operator. Location is perfect for Ducks sporting events.

The owners were very accommodating to us during our stay. We booked multiple rooms and they were very satisfactory. Good downtown location, close to shopping and restaurants! The one downside is the size of the vanity in the bathroom. Since they updated the shower, which is very nice, the vanity is just a little smaller than usual.

Didn’t think much of it coming in but was a very clean well maintained room and had an amazing stay. Highly recommend

The space was clean, the location was good, the room was maintained and the bed was comfortable. They could provide extra blankets or a blanket of more substance. Overall good experience.

Nice motel and great manager. The diverter valve on the shower did not give me the hot water i needed to take my shower. Otherwise great experience
