Exceptional

Great place to stay in downtown Eugene.
-
Great hotel with everything we needed for our college tour of U of O. Quick drive to campus and close to some cute shops and restaurants that were walking distance.
-
The staff was next level, super attentive. All of the details that they did with the decorating of the hotel to fit the theme was outstanding. Would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful location. Rooms wonderfully decorated.
-
Location, theme, and staff. Valet staff were great! Smelled strongly of mold in hallways and bedroom. No robes, or slippers, TV was so old we couldn’t watch Netflix - or anything except cable. Lol. It needs some maintenance and updates.
-
Staff was great, hotel bar/restaurant was excellent. King bed room was decent sized, bathroom could've been a little bigger but not much of an issue for a short stay. Definitely a property I would stay at next time I'm in Eugene.

I love staying at the Graduate. It's always a great experience.
-
Great hotel, needs better room coffee. We couldn't figure it out. :)
-
The decor is 100% Oregon Ducks. Fun atmosphere and friendly staff. The breakfast was good and the bar was fully stocked and well run. I’d say 5 stars but some of the room decor was tired.

Hotel is close to everything
-
Great location, nice facilities. No coffee maker in the room. Only instant coffee and an electric kettle. No one wants to go to the lobby in their pajamas to get a cup of coffee in the morning!

The staff was all wonderful.
-
Great place to stay. The theme and all of the amenities were fantastic. The service was great and our room was very nice.
