Good

A basic hotel that I've used repeatedly over the years. The owners keep the facility "up to snuff" with constant upgrades. I will use it again on my next trip to Eugene. No real problems. A coffee pot in the room would be nice.

There’s nothing spectacular or stunning about this place, but it is clean, the owners are helpful, everything works. A great spot if you want a place to crash and spend your waking time enjoying the city of Eugene.

I thought this establishment was so very well thought out. Nothing fancy. That said, everything I needed was there. I arrived very late. The proprietor was incredibly helpful. I will definitely stay here in the future.

It’s an older property which has been beautifully updated. Our room was spotless, with a wonderful bed. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Although the location is centrally located, our room was very quiet. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It’s a real value, too!

Clean, easy to find and easy to park. People were really helpful Some noise from another guest woke me night but can hardly blame the property for this.

This has to be one of the nicest old strip style hotels I've stayed in in years. It took me back to traveling with my mom and dad in the 1970's. The room had been redone at some point and it was actually done with skill. I've stayed in a lot of "remodeled" hotels and most of them have been done as cheap as possible. You could see care had been taken in doing this remodel properly just from the appearance of the outside. Inside everything was clean from the carpet to the shower. I've stayed in high rated hotels that did not appear to be as clean. This hotel does not deserve the low star ratings on Booking.com. But, I imagine most people drop their ratings because breakfast is not included. For the difference in price between this facility and one the does offer a "Free Breakfast" you can go to a nice restaurant and get a large breakfast for less money than the difference between this hotel and the fancy ones. Or, if you want there is a gas station right across the street, I'm sure they have a lot of what you find on most Continental Breakfasts there, I did walk over and get a cup of coffee in the morning and it wasn't bad. Now this facility doesn't offer a pool or exercise room. But, I've never actually used an exercise room at a hotel, and a lot of pools are questionable to say the least at hotels. Nothing I can think of. Clean well taken care of facility.

Of all the places I have stayed in Eugene this location was my least favorite. I was looking for a clean budget and it was for 2 star hotel. I didn’t note any amenities: breakfast, snacks, lobby, in the room. The bed is a bit tired. It’s a renovated hotel and nicer than a pig with lipstick but it still felt like a 2 star motel- not efficient, modern or with a twist. Nobody mentioned great places within walking distance; I saw 2-3 places but if u have friends or family renting nearby might be fantastic…

Clean, convenient, everything worked WiFi speed in room I was in was 2 mb down and.5 mb up.

Nice clean quiet rooms!

I was blown away by how CLEAN it is!! It's one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed and I travel a lot. The lady who checked us in was very nice. The rooms are updated and well put together, big bathroom, microwave and fridge. And again.. it was spotless!
