Overpriced for this type of hotel.

Nice, clean, well kept rooms. Property was clean. Great location within walking distance to downtown and entertainment.

The staff and property are excellent really willing to put the extra effort to assist me to have a terrific stay. They are an outstanding choice for accomodation!

Fully renovated very recently. Everything is just like new. Comfortable bed.

It's an old motel that has been fixed up nicely. Comfortable bed, nice shower with strong water pressure and very clean. Room has a microwave and mini fridge and there is plenty of parking. Close to main streets and a short walk to restaurants. Location feels a bit sketchy, although we had no problems walking around in the evening.

Location AC is a little bit loud

The rooms are impeccably clean. The staff is very nice and the owners are accommodating. The location may not be the most popular, but the service overrides. Family owned and operated. Support local businesses.

Basic hotel. Clean beds, good bathroom and a functioning AC.

Spacious room and ample parking The fan is very loud and it was necessary to run it all night due to the hot weather. The bathroom counter is too tall and the counter is crowded by the microwave so there’s not much space to get ready. It felt like a bathroom/kitchenette. Finally, the hotel is overpriced given it’s a block from a freeway ramp and about a 25 min walk to the edge of campus.

This is a basic clean hotel downtown. Area of eugene, the only the thing I was wishing was a bigger air conditioning unit. And the two hundred dollar security deposit, it was higher than I have ever paid for even a national chain. It is two hundred dollars no negotiation

Downtown Inn was an excellent choice for us. I was slightly skeptical because the inn looks older, but the room inside was wonderful. It was incredibly clean and we had plenty of room. We highly recommend Downtown Inn!!

Basic hotel room but clean and with all the necessities. Very friendly and helpful front office. Hotel is a short drive to a number of interesting spots in Eugene.
