The room was beautiful, modern, and super clean!

Exceptional

The front desk worker was very helpful, pleasant and knew the area very well. Room was cozy, comfy, quiet as well as spacious and modern. Will stay here again! Clean, comfortable and up to date.

Great location. Comfy bed and clean property. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was the fridge ran loudly on and off all night.

Friendly check-in Not much of a breakfast

I chose it because of being able to park my car when I was on a cruise. Was a bit concerned about safety in the area. If it wasn't for the receptionist, I would not have known about the Five Guys restaurant, or the Starbucks with I n a block from the hotel. Parking very tight. Room clean but old. Hairdryer fell off wall when trying to use it. Lamp handles in poor condition.

Disappointing

Excellent and affordable quick stay. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. Very comfortable.

Staff were nice and check in easy Bed was a full and shook every time someone shifted. The bathroom only had a light around the mirror

Very small rooms, no counter space. Bed was fairly comfortable, clean property, convenient location. Would stay again, but not worth the $300+.

Staff was helpful but I reserved a king room and they could only provide a queen and fold out, saying they only had one pet friendly king room and it was already taken. I had messaged two weeks ahead that we weee traveling with our small dog.

Clean room. Breakfast was a banana and yogurt. Staff was friendly. Rooms are noisy due to traffic, but for a one night stay it was fine.

The man on reception was simply excellent, helpful, friendly and professional. He really stole the show. An excellent employee with potential to rise in the hospitality sector. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, a great shower and very comfy bed. Excellent value for money. All good for the money paid.

Exceptional

Everything was more than adequate for a one night stay -- the cleanliness being most important to me.

Great location, great price, clean. Perfect budget option for Eugene.

Exceptional

Amazing staff and great all around service.Very clean rooms

They ask for bigger deposit once u get there. As soon as I took my dog for a walk they entered my room to look around stole cash from me then asked me to leve the property because I was smoking funny thing I don't smoke. And they are trying to keep my deposit after making me leve a day into my 3 day stay without any money back. They are crooks.

Shower had no body wash.
