A/C blows chunks of dust across the room. Bathroom floor had hair and dirt in the corners. Coffee maker exploded. Smudges on all the mirrors. Free water Full kitchen with a few dishes and microwave. Free breakfast. Not enough covered parking for all guests.

We felt like we could live here! Great amenities, great staff, comfortable all the way around.

Bathroom door was broken. No privacy between bedroom and bathroom. Hall carpets stained and dirty. Tv remote volume broken. Only 2 towels for all of us. Thin blankets. Hard to find more. Not enough staff. The staff that was there were kind and tried to make things better. Overall seemed disorganized.

The staff was amazing. The only problem we had was the dirty floors. The carpets in the room were so dirty my daughter's feet turned black from walking on them for only an hour. The carpets in the hallways were disgusting. Stains, dirt, just super gross.

The hotel was new, clean and comfortable. I'd never been to Eugene before and found the neighborhood to be a bit sketchy. Lots of homeless and grunge; like a Portland South.

Home2Suites by Hilton in downtown Eugene, Oregon is a high-priced, worn-down, dingy, bedbug-infested flophouse in need of major renovations. The linens are dingy and the housekeeping staff is derelict in its cleaning duties. The breakfast is tasteless and the meats are undercooked. I give it a 2-star rating because of the nice fitness center and free laundry.

Carpets could be replaced in hallways, lots of stains. It was a nice stay.

Stained carpets in the hallways and room. Vomit in several places in the parking lot. For the cost and the Hilton name, was extremely dissatisfied and would never stay here again.

The hotel seems to attract a lot of college students due to its location near the campus. Unfortunately, this resulted in significant noise disturbances, which continued well past midnight during our stay.
