Amazing!

This place was clean and priced very well. I took my teenage niece to The Oregon Country Fair for her first time. The location was perfect to catch the bus. There’s restaurants and a small grocery store nearby. We will definitely recommend this place to others and be back to stay.

He property was well maintained, clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast has many options. There is daily parking fee approx $16 a day

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was perfect for needing to visit the University to take a proctored test.

The staff was very supportive and superb. The parking is subcontracted to a firm that is absolutely terrible. Their method of payment does not work, they ticket cars like mine that paid and miss the homeless parking their dirty vans in the lot probably because they pull in right after the night check is performed. Our room was clean and the cleaning staff was excellent. The carpets throughout the building look very dirty and stained probably from dogs and people spilling things. They need replaced. The elevator was not clean at all. The kitchen used to be a nice amenity but it is understaffed and consequently there are often food items missing, or no utensils, or the tables are not cleaned between diners. I have stayed here for years and honestly the food selections have deteriorated. For the rates they are charging I am convinced there are nicer places to stay.

Was always dirty with trash bins full , receptionist will question about how much food you are taking at breakfast , had to ask for toilette paper and shampoo /the male employee was the only one that was a good profesional / always willing to help and talk and offered advise on places to visit

Parking was pretty expensive for the area and what you get.

The room was not clean and there was broken glass in the room. Management did enough to show concern but nothing more

The room size was very generous and had a kitchenette which was great. It also had large windows with roll down blackout shades perfect for sleeping. I was surprised to find out when I got to the hotel that I had to pay extra to park in the hotel parking lot. The location downtown could be quite noisy at times.

Staff was amazing beyond words. Site was clean and well maintained. Very comfortable. Gym and laundry were easy to use and accessible.

Shower in room was gross. Bed linens were stained. Coffee was always out in the morning.

The parking and parking fee back-and-forth was ridiculous. In the end, the amazing staff canceled and reversed the parking fees. But it was a cumbersome ordeal that should not have had to happen.
