I loved that the rooms had microwaves, along with a fridge and coffee amenities. The rest of the room was clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk was helpful and friendly. We needed some food utensils and they were provided without cost. Cute, quiet little hotel.

Room was not clean! Thankfully my husband and I ALWAYS travel with cleaning items. The air conditioning unit was sooooo loud! There was not a button nor switch to turn it to low and it actually go low. It was dark, dank and funky upon arrival. The shower cracks and crevices were dirty, possibly moldy, but definitely horrendous looking, the room had an adjoining "scary" door that the deadbolt and knob did not seem to work on it BUT the door was jammed into the framing sooooo tightly that it probably would have taken a large person to bust it down.....still, we did not feel safe at all. There were no handicap parking spaces at all!!! The ADA should be contacted ASAP! Besides 1 lamp shade broken, leaning over, the night side table lamps' charging ports did not work, the fan in the bathroom was so loud that you could literally feel it reverberating AND it was so loud it was nearly deafening! LASTLY, BUT JUST AS IMPORTANT, WE PLACED OUR DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON THE OUTSIDE HANDLE OF THE DOOR AS WE LEFT OUR ROOM FOR THE DAY...WHEN WE RETURNED SOMEONE HAD ENTERED OUR ROOM. They (he/she) brought in 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 box of kleenex. We DID NOT ASK HOTEL STAFF FOR THESE ITEMS! This person DID NOT TAKE THE TRASH, MAKE OUR BED NOR WIPE ANYTHING DOWN! SO THEY WERE OBVIOUSLY THERE TO STEAL!!!! UGHHHHHH Luckily for us we ALWAYS TAKE VALUABLES WITH US but we do put our personal items back in our luggage and LOCK THEM DOWN WHEN WE LEAVE ANY HOTEL/AIRBNB!!!! Only a 1 star hotel maybe!

We had a great stay during the Nike Nationals meet. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect. Hayward Field is just a short drive away. Whole Foods is across the street and other nearby restaurants were within walking distance. The hotel didn’t have many amenities, but that wasn’t important to us since we spent most of our time at the meet and the excellent location and service more than made up for it. Breakfast was grab and go and very simple.

Staff and management was less than helpful when they mistakenly said I left an item in my room. They failed to acknowledge their mistake, accept responsibility, and take care of their guests. When coming to the University of Oregon - stay somewhere else.

It was fine No carpet in room would feel cleaner.

Have realistic expectations, the place is fine for a quick night stay. Staff is friendly, rooms are ok. Shower head cover was broken off the wall, stains around the place and some cobwebs around the room. I paid $430 for the room (with a pet fee) during the Banana Ball game, it should have been around $200 max on a game day weekend. Bar and mini mart close by is nice.

Entering this hotel was like a throw back to the 70s and we could not bring ourselves to stay. We paid the cost and moved on. The reviews on this hotel are not right. I don’t like giving poor review but there’s better options for lower prices - so your research. Nose, rooms and everything about it

Good breakfast, convenient location Not super clean, old furniture and TV, WiFi didn’t work.
-
It is such a nice and quaint place right in the heart of Eugene. It was a safe, clean, and nice place to stay. The breakfast there is really good and has a nice variety. Bagels, bread, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, danish, granola bars, and oatmeal. The staff was polite and they are always there when you need them.

Just reminded not to stay in Motels. Outside doors and bright lights don’t bode well for getting a good night’s sleep.
-
Whole Foods right across the street. Several restaurants walking distance to the hotel. Grab and go breakfast was limited for gluten free items
-
Friendly staff helpful with directions to event

I would stay here with my family again.

Pictures looked way better than actual place

Convenient for a brief one night stay
-
The location was excellent. The staff met our needs whenever we asked. The room provided everything we needed. There wasn't much to the breakfast.
-
Just don’t. We had blood on our pillows, brown stains on the sheets and strange hairs. The check in process was not good and the metal spiral staircase at night with condensation was crazy with a suitcase. We left after 1 night.

We only stayed one night in Eugene and this Hotel was close to everything. The staff were friendly and the Hotel was very clean.

Clean room. Very compact parking. Good vibes.

There were spider webs everywhere in the room. The towels had specs of what seem to be dried blood. I found a piece of plastic from a candy bar under my blankets.
