Campus Inn & Suites Eugene Downtown

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and convenient. Location was okay The fitness centre barely counts and the laundry facilities were all broken, right when I needed them.

Pleasant

Good location, clean, staff was very helpful There was nothing that we didn't like

Great central location. Generous with breakfast. Clean but not immaculate.

I like the convenience on how close it was to the University that help with travel time. Also, the free breakfast was a bonus.

The hotel was fine

Location was great. We stayed here bc it was close to UO as we were dropping off our freshman.

It was fine for a one night stay, close to where we needed to be. Staff were nice. The room had a bad odor though so thats why the 3 stars. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Motel does need some updates. Price was reasonable.

There was cobwebs on the ceiling. The bathroom was not very clean. It didn’t smell fresh. The bathtub was in poor shape and it looked like it needed some TLC in the bathrooms. Staff is very friendly. They have a nice breakfast. The parking lot was too small and tight parking was not accommodating. The parking spaces were extremely tight.

Clean beds. Great water pressure Loud construction in street all night. It’s a motel on a main road that charges hotel prices. Eugene hotels are way to expensive for the small town and the quality of rooms they offer

Exceptional

Fine for the price. Located conveniently near a Whole Foods and other amenities. Staff were very friendly. Good enough spot to lay your head while on the road.

Good

I appreciated the free parking and proximity to campus. The employees are very nice as well. The room felt dirty and dated. I would not walk barefoot on the carpet. There was hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom and walls were in disrepair. The bed was ok but not great. They give you lots of pillows which is nice.

We needed for a night before an early Ducks game.

Exceptional

Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Excellent attentive & friendly staff. Pretty good breakfast Refrigerator iced up & froze everything put inside. Shower head loose from wall & didn’t work very well.

Don't wear white socks as they will be ruined due to the filth on the floor. Our poor puppy wouldn't even walk on the floor. Spider webs everywhere. Door on bathroom wouldn't close. Sink did not drain properly. Paid high price due to football game. Maybe a $49 per night room. The smell in the room requires window to be open during stay. I would recommend somewhere else. Staff was very rude and non helpful

It was clean and great location Nothing really. I didn’t rate it higher because it wasn’t a super fancy hotel.
