Best place to stay in Eugene. Centrally located to downtown. 15 minute walk to UO campus. Staff is the nicest group I’ve ever seen.

The Gordon Hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I stayed at the Gordon for 4 nights in September 2026. The entire experience was exceptional. The staff, in particular, were happy and attentive. If you are going to be in Eugene, this is your place.

We would definitely recommend this hotel. It was perfect walking distance to 5th street market. The hotel and staff were so helpful and attentive.

Staff welcomed me as a late check in and my stay was excellent. Clean, a super comfortable bed with luxurious bedding. And the best hotel shower ever!!!

Convenient location in a very safe area with fine rooms and a friendly staff + a nice on-site restaurant/bar on the first floor & another cocktail lounge on the 7th floor. Beyond that there are many dining options and shopping opportunities within a 3 block radius.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Location was Awesome. Shuttle to & from Airport. Highly recommend this Hotel

The place was great.

Saturday morning when the market was just a few blocks away. I highly recommend this exquisite hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent and within walking distance of several restaurants and river walks. What has changed however is the general ageing with the hotel itself. It is showing some wear-and-tear in the public areas. More so in our rooms; some items did not work, drawers would not stay closed, a/c hard to turn on and control, and so forth. The hotel would benefit from updating its amenities and refurbishment.

Room was clean but smelled like carpet fresh. I had requested a carpet free room due to sensitivity to strong scents. I dont know if they have carpet free rooms, but I didnt get one.So, I probably wouldn't stay there again due to the scent.

The hotel and staff itself were great and super fast, great service. However, our bathroom fan didn’t work, as well as the split unit in our room. We called about the split unit as it felt pretty hot in our room, and someone immediately came in and got it on, but then it shut off again 5 mins after they left and just wasn’t consistent so I didn’t sleep well. For spending $541 (granted, holiday weekend) I want everything to work, and want the best sleep.

Everyone was wonderful… I had a great meal and wonderful drinks.

We loved our stay here! It was family friendly, had all the comforts we needed and very clean. Awesome location too. Five out of five stars.

The bed was very creaky. Made noise every time you moved.

Always nice to be welcomed with complimentary wine and candy! And we loved that we could take the elevator to the roof for dinner at the on-site taco spot. (No wait for a table; great view and margaritas.) Bed was very comfy and the original art in the room made this stay feel special. Sadly we did not make it to the secret speakeasy, but we loved knowing it was there! Also great to have a coffee shop, a smoothie place, ice cream and quality live music right outside the door. Very enjoyable stay.
