The Gordon Hotel was a very nice experience. Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, and nice amenities. The room was clean and comfortable. If I had to recommend one thing to improve, the cocktails weren’t my favorite, but still serviceable.

Everything was great for a two-night overnight business trip. Staff was exceptionally friendly. The location is great. Rooms are spacious. I will definitely stay there again next time.

We had a great stay! The room was bright and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. Every staff member we met was cheerful and helpful. Location is great for visiting the Saturday market or catching a comedy show at Olsen Run.

Lived the contemporary artsy vibe. Appreciated the help at check in finding a local French patisserie & the unexpected surprise of a complementary welcome beverage. The French doors in the room so I could breathe that beautiful Eugene air were lovely, as were the robes, the water in the room & the filtered water station conveniently located by the elevator. And it was lovely having a window of blooming red geraniums. Enjoyed the rooftop restaurant for drinks & dinner. Compared to my past stay at The Graduate across the street - The Gordon was better quality, nicer vibe, & better value.

Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Eugene. Complimentary drinks on arrival, and a cool atrium attached with shops.

From the rooms to the restaurants to the staff to the location, this hotel is absolutely top notch and a MUST stay.

Great stay. Room had everything we needed, and was very clean. Bar and restaurant made for an easy one night stay. Coffee and shopping within walking distance. Will gladly book again.

Staff were absolutely delightful

The staff and service were excellent. Shuttle service to the airport was on time. Definitely will stay here for my next visit.

The staff was super helpful. We were only there for 1 night but the room was great, and the bed was super comfortable. We walked to dinner but it was a long walk along the river. They also had free cold sodas and snacks which I've never had before, and also a free alcoholic beverage or water.

Everything was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying.

Location is great. The most interesting thing is the artworks all over the hotels including the room. Very nicely done and unique.

The hotel is modern and stylish. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The food at the restaurant was great too. My room however had left behind under garments from another’s stay and the body wash was empty. Rating 4 stars for the lack of attention to detail.

Very helpful staff, from the valet guys to check in. Room was not ready as we were early, once ready bags were placed in our room. Great restaurant and bar, love the location.
