Staying at the Campbell House was the most lovely and wonderful experience. Gorgeous house and property. Everything is manicured, flowers everywhere, very well-maintained and the staff was very helpful and friendly. And the breakfast was out of this world! I did not realize when booking this that it was a bed and breakfast and I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience. If I am ever in Eugene I have to stay there again! Super great spot!

The property is beautiful, so many flowers. The room was large, Ashley, the receptionist was so nice and helpful. The homemade cookies and glass of wine were a nice welcome. There are nice walking trails, along with the river walk. The breakfast was amazing. Scrambled eggs with spinach and mushrooms, fried potatoes, and fresh scones. The only issue would be mobility ones, since there are stairs.

The place is super cute! The staff was really friendly. We came in late and let them know ahead of time and we were able to be checked in with ease. Breakfast was delicious we were offered two meals and they had a good variety of drink options. Parking was easy to find it was right in front of the second house. The place itself was clean and well maintained the bed was super comfortable. I would definitely come again!

My husband and I have lived in Eugene for 35 years. Last night was our first visit to The Campbell House. It was a spontaneous idea to have a night away together without leaving town and it was fabulous. The house has so much character. We felt like we had been transported to a magical land as we sat peacefully out in the cupola playing cards in the evening. Breakfast was delicious and we were able to make it to work in the morning just a little late. It was fun having a bed I needed steps to get into and the bed was comfortable!!

Homemade breakfast was amazing. Had glass of wine and homemade cookies upon arrival. They showed us to our room and told us a little about the property and where all the amenities in the room were. Overall a great experience.

Front desk concierge was very cheery and helpful when we arrived. Property was very cool - historic inn with some character, beautiful, manicured gardens surrounding the building. Enjoyable to walk around the grounds. Only minor disappointment was: we didn't realize the room we booked (Alfred) was in the "Carriage House" which was a separate duplex bldg. next to the Inn. The room was plenty spacious and clean, so that was no issue but was quite plain (not as it was shown on the website - painted all white instead of bright green, and less decorated...). So, if you want to enjoy the character of the Inn and enjoy a view of the gardens, make sure to book a room in the main building! Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of parking - easy walking distance to many things!

Beautifully decorated and maintained. Amazing breakfast with vegetarian option. Can access hot beverages, cookies and the lounge at all hours with key. Comfortable and charming room. Beautiful landscaping. Visited late July, and also early December with charming holiday decor. Driveway is a little tricky to find the first time. Very close to downtown Eugene but is in d lovely neighborhood.

    Don't pass this up!

Staff at check-in not particularly helpful or friendly, nor interested in providing additional information as I looked for my room. Additional signage would be helpful for rooms in the cottage as I had difficulty finding my room (I was told it was the Rachel Suite, but the room was indicated as "317" as was the key fob. Didn't care for the food; heavy on the fats (bacon, sausage, whipped cream) and not healthy. More fruit would be beneficial as would be a new recipe for the scones (they're not at all appealing). Room was very clean but they should consider "bulk" shampoo/conditioner/body wash instead of providing small/individual use bottles.

We come to Eugene every year and get to stay here. We love it.

Breakfast is another highlight: a delicious choice of sweet or savory, always served with a warm scone and fresh fruit to start the day right. And when you return, the beautifully manicured lawn and garden offer a peaceful retreat away from the busy city. It’s thoughtful touches like these that make the Campbell House truly special.
