Excellent Location for our concert in Eugene, Or. Great Restaurants within walking distance, only issue was train noise.

Lovely grounds and yummy breakfasts. Conveniently close to downtown and UO.

The room was really nice. The common areas are beautiful, the house has so much history, and the grounds are gorgeous. My only complaint, which is not any fault of the house, is that there was a train blasting its horn three times through the night. But again, not the house's fault, just the location and a thing to be aware of. We would definitely stay there again.

Cute and well-maintained property. The coffee and breakfast were exceptionally good. The only downside was the trains going by early in the morning. I recommend keeping the windows closed to help with the noise.

Truly, breathtaking! We were in the “Eva” suite which was amazing. Breakfast = fantastic! We look forward to coming back.

We loved this little in the city bed and breakfast! Avery at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was great abd the location was close to many restaurants and shops. It's also very close to the amazing riverside trails. There is a train that comes thru close by several times a day and at night. It didn't bother us but the noise might bother some light sleepers.

You need to try this hotel.

We always enjoy the Campbell House when we stay overnight in Eugene. It's in a quiet and beautiful old neighborhood, close to the river bike path, within walking distance of lots of nice shops, coffee places, and restaurants. Looking out the windows from the lovely dining room at breakfast is a great start to the day.

The Inn had the cutest dining room and living room. Upon arrival we were greeted with a glass of champagne and taken to our room. In the morning we were greeted with a complimentary breakfast. We were sad to leave. We can’t wait to return to Eugene to stay there again.

I loved the gardens despite the weather keeping us from spending much time there. Location is away from busy shops but accessible to dining. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

A lovely old house and carriage house converted to an inn. The grounds are beautiful! Breakfast here is amazing!!

We chose cheapest room ("Jackson") which turned out to be tiny, in a smaller house across driveway from the main Campbell House; the Inn comprises a cluster of historic old houses up on the old-town hillside edge (where the W. River cuts thru middle of Eugene), now in the shadow of a rather out-of-place high-rise apartment building; walking distance from 5th Street Shops Mall and at least two excellent restaurants (Cornocopia burger bar, and Jade Dumpling Asian cuisine) trackside near Amtrack station. Our one-night stay after the concert was restful, the grounds are lovely, treed and replete with flowers and peaceful places to sit among the gardens. The desk clerk wasn't friendly, and the waitress forgot our order for an hour, so inexperienced help was not a smart budget cut. Still, it was a decent B&B experience, and next time we see a show at Cuthbert we'll stay at Campbell House again, but spring for a better room. We found no worry walking back after the show, the path was adequately lit, and we'll walk to/from again. We recommend this B&B and the restaurants mentioned.

My Dog and I were in the Patricia Room. It was a beautiful room. I opened up the curtains to enjoy the amazing view. The grounds were fun to explore with my dog. I had a cider on the lawn chairs and just sat and relaxed. I looked up if the place was haunted and it said, yes, by Jackson a 17-year-old that was killed in a hunting accident. I had a peaceful night sleep without a paranormal event! Breakfast and coffee were delicious served in the beautiful dining room.

Such a gem of a place to unwind and relax. Great location, peaceful, feels like a fairy cottage in the woods. The complimentary breakfast was so delicious and filling. The rooms have fireplaces and ours had a jacuzzi which was amazing after a long drive.

our second time here as we will be back -- competitive price, very nice and spacious room, quiet night's sleep. The staff REALLY stood out this time, very personal, interested and interesting. We had dinner with friends and came back with wine, they set us up with glasses! Above and beyond, a great experience.

I was transported to another time! To a place of glamor and elegance. To a place of tranquil beauty, craftsmanship, and opulence.
