Great service and clean room

Needed to have a better grab and go for people coming in the evening. Sandwiches or yogurts. Something better than microwave options.

Unfortgently the carpet had stains, not sure if it was a red marker or blood. Great location but could tell hotel is used alot.

This is a great old time hotel. We like the walking distance to concerts at the Cuthbert Amphitheater.

Upon checking in there was a problem with our reservation through Booking.com. Brandon went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was kind, courteous and professional. Thank you Brandon. Everything was great!!

All around a great place excellent prices too

The La Quinta in Eugene, OR was exceptionally clean, well maintained and offered a delicious dine-in breakfast.

Always our favorite home away from home. 24 hour pool and hot tub. Access directly from property to path along the river. Sometimes suites have burner and sometimes they don’t.

Clean property and friendly staff

The breakfast was typical breakfast nothing special. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Just don’t rent room 122. You can hear everything and I think the main drain line of the hotel is embedded in the walls. Constant water flowing

Convenient to shopping to shopping and my docors office. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Front desk evening clerk was the best!

The hotel is clean and quiet. The breakfast is good, way more than a grab-n-go pastry in plastic. And to top it off, free fresh baked cookies in the evening! :)

The room was clean and had what was needed. The cafe breakfast offerings were well maintained by staff. Everyone I encountered in the inn was friendly and helpful.

Front desk was really nice when I checked in on the 23rd The fact that I had called for a delayed checkout on the 24th, the young lady I spoke to in the morning, really nice really professional The man who came and knocked on my door at 12:37. Was really disrespectful. Told me that I didn’t call for a delayed checkout when I called twice once at around 8:30 in the morning the young lady told me to call back at nine or 930 so I did and I expressed that to the gentleman who knocked on my door. He proceeded to tell me to get out literally using those words. It’s time to go get out extremely rude and very unprofessional on the morning of the 24th when I checked out a little after 12 and because of him, I’ll probably never use your property again. I’ve never been spoke to at any other hotel the way he spoke to me. I was in town dropping my daughter off so she can start school at Oregon State.
