Convenient location, friendly staff, and clean rooms!

Parking was good, location excellent, hot tub working, room clean. Very nice stay.

We could hear people in the next room. We also were only able to park one car on the property which created a problem for us.

Had a great time in Eugene

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in without an early check in fee as many hotels do now. The pool was a bit cloudy and we did not use it due to that. The elevators are very small, but work quick. We would stay again if we are in the area.

Great hotel for events at Autzen Stadium. Short walk and avoid the traffic issues

The gentleman that checked us in at midnight on Thursday was very accommodating and kind. He was a delight to talk with after a long day

Room was clean and the bed so was comfy! The perfect pillows and sheets. Saw some recent reviews about poor cleanliness of rooms, but ours looked and felt great. Lots of people stayed here after a Cuthbert concert and there was somehow zero parking, so I had to park in kind of a sketchy spot near the loading zone. Aside from that, I was pleased and would definitely stay here again!

Super friendly staff. Close by the Cuthbert Amphitheater to walk to and from the show. Good breakfast. Great parking.

Couple issues observed, water was blasting from the shower, no way to control it. Heard the loud barking sounds from pets multiple times in the corridor.

Room was clean, nice bed and linens. Roaring A/C. Hallways, stairs, grounds/parking area could be much cleaner/maintained.
