I think they have a bug problem. Lots of ants & spiders all over the “cleaned” room (including IN the bedding). I was just staying for one night and didn’t want to deal with the hassle of finding somewhere else. Hoping these are spider bites on my legs. Also found trash & someone’s headphones under the bed when I was making sure I didn’t drop anything. If the bugs were taken care of, I’d come back.

The location is ideal for game day.
-
Not clean, many things in disrepair and not useful. Lucky only there one night

The size of the room was comfortable. We needed the refrigerator and microwave and were glad to have them. The location was good for our needs. The room we were in was good for us and our two dogs. The pool and availability were very nice. They had luggage carts available every time we needed one. The parking was very tight for our Suburban. Perhaps the parking lot could have been laid our better. I guess it's near downtown so space is tight. The bathroom didn't smell clean. The fan in the bathroom was on a sensor and went off when I was in the shower and multiple times as I was dressing and drying my hair. It was odd and not beneficial to keeping the room dry. The outlet that I used for my CPAP was bumped during the night when a pillow was dropped from the bed and disconnected. The refrigerator in the room had a puddle of water in it from the freezer compartment. I was not confident in it's cooling capabilities. The breakfast didn't have may options for my diet ie.. Gluten free, dairy free, vegan. A little surprising in a town like Eugene, Oregon

The staff was amazing! So cheerful and accommodating! At times there was only one person at the front desk but they were all amazing! There was a fitness center, pool, and hot tub. I would stay again!

We loved that the pool and hot tub are open 24/7

The staff was incredibly friendly. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the quality of the breakfast choices. There was not even water offered at breakfast. But overall, the location, staff, comfortability, amenities were worth the stay.

The window sills were very dirty and had cobwebs. The first floor room had a smell to it so my daughter and her family had to switch us rooms. They didn’t offer any water at breakfast. Now the good. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the pool and hot tub very nice. We would consider staying there again.

I would not stay here again…. When I showed the staff pictures of the sheets he said do you want clean sheets and I replied yes and he gave me clean sheets for me to make the bed.
-
Room was lovely and overlooked the river. My only complaint would be about the breakfast. The food was sub par except the Belgium waffle. OJ tasted bad and was told to go down the hall for a water. The meal room helper was very nice, and this is not a reflection of her. Would be nice to revisit your offerings and do an upgrade. I will stay here again when visiting Eugene.

My son was put in a room where there was a barking puppy all night long. He got maybe one hour sleep. This was un the hotel would get a better rating.
-
The amenities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and attention to detail throughout our stay.

Staff went above and beyond even when my car was blocked in, they figured out how to get it out!
-
Nice hotel. Good breakfast, never crowded but sometimes out of certain foods. Nice room. Really friendly staff. Hot tub was nice, but closed for maintenance half the days I was there.
-
Bed was very comfortable, large room, and hot breakfast.
-
Location good- breakfast awesome.
-
An inexpensive place to stay.
-
Pool broken because someone defecated in it. The cookies were very tasty and not too sweet.
