Exceptionally sweet bartender. Comfortable bed, room was very clean. Lobby on the 2nd floor is a bit of an odd choice.

Everything was updated and clean - there were a lot of amenities and staff was so nice. The neighbors above us make a lot of noise jumping and running around Parking was very tight - definite an issue for door dings....

Wonderful family experience

This is a decent hotel more on the average side but I tend to stay in fairly upscale hotels so I’m a bit biased. The staff was friendly not not go out of their way friendly. The area was generally clean but it was obvious that one of the UO events had overwhelmed them. The amenities were sub par but at least they had some. Getting to the hotel during an event is almost impossible. It literally took me three hours to get to the hotel from the interstate because of the Savanah Bananas. Probably a great place if you’re ok with being blocked in place and walking to the campus. Otherwise avoid at all times when an event is starting or ending. I realize the city creates this mess with essentially one road open to a 70,000 person stadium, but the hotel should proactively warn people. I’d stay again but it’s definitely not a five star place

The hotel is exactly what you expect with one exception - the gym was better than expected! If I had to point out one negative it would be that you have to pay for breakfast.

Very convenient location to U of O sports venues, which is what we went to see. The bed was comfortable and the room was cozy with all the amenities. Breakfast was at the Starbucks outlet right next to the lobby and a tad expensive for what was offered. (Sure, there seemed to be a premium of space, so I understand the hotel not providing meal service.) The parking slots were very narrow, not just those that were labelled for compact cars.

Great location When we came up elevator to check in, we were practically ignored by the man at the computer . You could tell he didn’t want to check us in, so another employee did. But it wasn’t a warm welcome.

Beautiful and clean Everything was perfect

The only downside is that there aren’t many restaurants within immediate walking distance\. However, 5th Street Market is about a 10\-minute walk away and offers several great dining options\. Also, if you’re visiting the University of Oregon, keep in mind that the hotel is not within walking distance of campus, so you’ll need to drive or use transportation\. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Towels were like burlap. Very coarse.
