Courtyard by Marriott Eugene Downtown

Very clean room, coffee available in the morning at their own little Starbucks, walking distance to Ducks stadium.

They charged us 3 times for our accommodations. They wouldn’t take our calls after we realized they overcharged us.

My stay was on the first day available as a Marriott hotel. The Bistro was not open on day one but was quite good the rest of the stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and facilities were clean and fresh. Will stay there again.

For new bed, we thought it was just mediocre. Bathroom renovation was great.

All the amenities were closed or under construction. There was no microwave in the room. We weren't given any information for the locations of anything. The tv barely had local tv. There was no discount or advanced warning of any of these issues. The only information that was given before hand was the restaurant was closed until the end of the month.

Good location. Wouldn’t have stayed here if I knew it was under construction.

The bed squeaked from even the slightest touch. Walls were so think I could hear the phone in the room next to me vibrating.

It was clean & convenient. They said it was partially under construction. What they should have said is it was completely under construction, and we were being shoehorned into the single floor of the entire hotel that wasn’t. They should have closed this hotel/ or given rooms at 50% off as literally the room itself was the only thing you weren’t having to step around pallets/crates or piles of old furniture for.

Hotel is current undergoing a major renovation. Choice of rooms is limited.

It was under severe construction and wasn’t disclosed upfront. It shouldn’t be open.

The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and modern. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall experience reflected a high standard of quality and attention to detail. I would confidently recommend staying here in Eugene—parking was easy, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Nothing! It was wonderful, I'll be back!

All well but the hotel is changing ownership and the entire vibe will change.

Hotel under construction, hot tub not working was rated 4 star hotel it seemed like 3 star. None of this was on website when I booked.not happy

LEVING Everything. The construction no parking spot 24/7 construction dust and smell and noise in room.
