Loved everything about our stay. Amazing rooms, excellent customer service, perfect pool and hot tub, yummy free breakfast, unlimited coffee and tea, perfect location right by shopping and eateries. We will absolutely stay here again if we are in town in the future! 5/5 stars!!! Also, loved the noon check out time. Fantastic stay :)

The Bartender was overwhelmed and closed the bar early . She was rude and yelling at customers that didn't understand why she was closing the bar.

The Hyatt was a nice stop on our way to SoCal. Breakfast was delicious and included vegan options.

Relatively clean and very comfortable (did not appear to have been vacuumed) Loved the location, however, website I booked on said that parking was complimentary, but I was charged.

Now that I’ve ranted, the hotel and staff were great. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. I enjoy Hyatt properties so when rates are inline then I’m in.

Breakfast was good, property is very clean and safe Air conditioning and tv were not working when we arrived and we had to switch rooms at 10:30pm but the staff was extremely responsive in getting us a better room.

The kitchen in the King Suite was limited. It was misleading on the website. Overall, a very comfortable room with great view. Breakfast was cold for both my husband and myself. It was a nice stay, but not what I usually expected from a Hyatt, it fell one star short.

the room, and facilities were great. breakfast was dissapointing. The staff ran out of food, and many people were dissapointed and complaining. The turkey sausage was not good at all.

We had a great stay overall. The hotel was very clean, located in a good area, and the staff was both welcoming and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. The atmosphere felt comfortable and well maintained, and we appreciated how helpful everyone was. For anyone traveling with pets, just note that there is a $100 pet fee. Other than that, it was a very positive experience and we would stay here again

The staff was very helpful during our stay. The room was nicely appointed. The breakfast was very good as there were lots of choices. It was very quiet and secure.
