Hyatt Place Eugene / Oakway Center

Great pool, beds were comfortable and had an excellent breakfast. Only thing is there was a questionable stain on our comforter. Front desk had it changed but seemed annoyed by the request then tried to explain it wasn’t a stain but that detergent melted on it. Either way, it shouldn’t have been used. Besides that, the hotel was nice.

We would stay again. Conveniently located and easy access. Being in Oakway Center gives good restaurant and shopping options too! Breakfast is a nice touch.

Breakfast was wonderful. Very attentive and welcoming staff. Food was hot, good, and varied. Parking, parking, and parking. Confusing.

It was a very clean and amazing room with a very helpful staff. The breakfast had great options for vegetarians.

The employees were very friendly. The location was very convenient to other restaurants, shops and the University of Oregon. The breakfast was delicious! Very clean, which I loved. Overall experience was amazing and I highly recommend.

We arrived for our two night stay in the late evening and our room was not clean at all. There was a co tact lens on the table by the bed. Toe nails by the bathroom door and dried food bits on the desk area by the fridge. The carpet in the room was not vacuumed either. The shower had mold and mildew around the floor and door area. I would not expect that for a Hyatt property. I do not think I will stay at this property again and don't recommend a stay here unless you arrive early and inspect the room.

The breakfast options were above standard and the area was clean and well stocked.

Nice area to stay with an upscale shopping center next to it. Excellent breakfast buffet.

We stayed 2 nights. We had higher floor double beds room with a sofa bed for 5 people. For some reasons, on both days, there were only 4 sets of towel instead of 5. Another issue was the beds, they were too soft that wouldn’t support our back.

Everything was great 👍. The whole family had a great time staying here.

I didn’t like that the tv only worked if I streamed from the phone and also didn’t care for the shower. It was a shower wand located mid wall.

Beautiful property, but we had a dirty shower. They cleaned it and comped us a day for the problem.

We are pass by and feel great about our stay. Clean and quiet. Good breakfast.
