Residence Inn Eugene Springfield

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard as you will find with most chain hotels. I personally would like to see a more upscale breakfast like the ones the Residence Inn used to provide. The location is very nice as it is just across the street from the Wilamette River and walking trails.

Great location and I appreciated being given a ground floor room on the end near the dog lawn as I had my small dog with me. Little shop for supplies was helpful, breakfast was ok but they need to get plug-in hot water heaters as the water was always lukewarm for tea. Staff were helpful and cheerful. I would stay again as it was an overall pleasant experience.

Hotel was everything it needed to be and was a decent value for the price. Location was ideal for seeing a show at the amphitheater.

The property and facilities were good. The staff was not helpful. Don't ask for accommodations to be made if you don't have "status" with Bonvoy or if you booked with Expedia.

Nicely nestled in the trees near the river. Alton Baker park across the street is a great place to run, walk dog,and bicycle.
