Residence Inn Eugene Springfield

Room was clean and quiet however space was smaller then expected. Cooking facilities in room were helpful. Complimentary breakfast was passable.

The property is well maintained, facilities seems new. Staff is friendly and professional. Location is convenience.

Clean, very nice and close to venue. Pool was closed, hide a bed mattress thin and noisy

Quiet. Clean, nice room. helpful staff. Breakfast was mediocre, but free…

This property is a familiar stop for our family and dog when we are driving up to Canada. It was fine for the evening with a good location and satisfactory rooms.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard as you will find with most chain hotels. I personally would like to see a more upscale breakfast like the ones the Residence Inn used to provide. The location is very nice as it is just across the street from the Wilamette River and walking trails.

Great location and I appreciated being given a ground floor room on the end near the dog lawn as I had my small dog with me. Little shop for supplies was helpful, breakfast was ok but they need to get plug-in hot water heaters as the water was always lukewarm for tea. Staff were helpful and cheerful. I would stay again as it was an overall pleasant experience.

Hotel was everything it needed to be and was a decent value for the price. Location was ideal for seeing a show at the amphitheater.

yes

Always a nice room and friendly staff!

Everything went good and no complaints

The property and facilities were good. The staff was not helpful. Don't ask for accommodations to be made if you don't have "status" with Bonvoy or if you booked with Expedia.

The staff are phenomenal—from housekeeping to front desk to the breakfast staff! It is a bit dark on one side of the parking lot.
