Zero complaints. Not the fanciest place, but it was Klien had a great breakfast and they were kind enough to let us stay a little bit longer because we were stuck in Dallas with a canceled flight. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

The TV channel lineup needs significant improvement. Horrible! Staff was Five-Star. Everything else about the hotel was Four-Star.

Typical Holiday Inn. Convenient to airport. Hourly shuttle.

The property is well maintained. I like the free airport shuttle and breakfast is okay. We stayed here for the cowboys game. This is like 10mins or less trip to the stadium. Its still better to leave later after the game to get good uber ride rate. Its close to freeway. A little bit far from grapevine mills mall. Overall our stay is good. There is fee,if check in early. We just waited for the standard check in time. Cheyene at front desk was helpful. Thank you.

The front desk person at check in (Chyrissa ?) was so helpful and a wonderful start to our trip. The hotel was immaculate and rooms spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good too.
