On check in (9pm) the night shift lady that helped us was very nice and friendly and that’s about as good as it got. I booked the best & most expensive suite they offered which included a balcony and Jacuzzi tub. As soon as we walked into the room you could tell they had not cleaned this room in a very long time, there was a ton of dust and dead bugs all over the room. The carpet needed vacuuming, tile floor needed to be mopped, the jacuzzi was very dirty, we almost walked into a giant spider web when we went on the balcony where I then had to knock down another 2 spiders and webs. The first night there I felt something on me and killed a small spider that was in the bed under the covers. They didn’t service our rooms until I had to ask them directly to come change our bedding, vacuum, new towels etc and even then they used our same dirty bedding to remake the bed, did not vacuum but did leave new towels. One night around midnight we went to our car then got locked out of our rooms because the key stopped working, we spent 30-40 minutes locked out calling the number at the front desk before eventually getting a call from a random Texas number by an angry Indian man basically yelling and asking “why I call him”. His tone changed when he realized the situation, but 30-40 minutes locked out is unacceptable. The room was very dated, which I don’t mind but it was just extremely dirty, we had to buy bleach for the jacuzzi, and other cleaning supplies to clean our room.

I stayed in this hotel about 20 years ago and just recently stayed in there last weekend. Nothing has changed, from the carpet to even the mattress. I was also told that I had a non-smoking room and was warned to not smoke in it however the first thing I could smell when I walked into the room was cigarettes. Also, the shower barely worked and to comfortably take a shower, you would have to be about 5 feet tall. I would consider returning if the rooms were updated from 1980 to present day.

This hotel is good for the price. The pool needs to be updated, the sides are cracked and not in good shape at all and it was not clear to the bottom, lots of chlorine. The room was clean but very old. There was wallpaper peeling up and water spots on the bathroom walls. Water pressure was also not great. I went to use the small coffee pot in the room and there was old coffee ground bags in there someone had not dumped out. The breakfast was also not the best, some soggy waffles kept in a crock pot that had to be toasted, no syrup, cereal & some tangerines & bagels, sunny-d, milk & coffee.. that was about it. There were so many people in the lobby there was no where to sit to eat. We ultimately abandoned trying to get breakfast there and went somewhere to get food. It is in a great location, there is a trolly stop in front of it which is nice. Right next door to Turtle Ridge (the mini golf & go cart place) The staff was very nice. It was decent for what we paid but it is in serious need of updating.

The staff/owner/operator was very rude. the room had trash in it. The towels were not clean. Tv was broken. And the breakfast was a cold bagel with strawberry jelly

Love the balcony, staff, and the quietness. Also, very close to town, but still away a bit. Bathrooms should have plungers. Had a bit of a musky smell. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Nice, quiet, and great location. Located right next to arcade, go-karts, and putt-putt. Literally a skip and a jump. The swimming pool was nice and clean. Fire pit in the back. The rooms were clean and very well kept. Beds very comfortable. Microwave and fridge in rooms. I would recommend for those on a budget who want to splurge on other things in Eureka Springs.

Was not impressed with the room or hotel as a whole. Booked the honeymoon suite since it was our anniversary and wanted a jacuzzi, room smelt of mildew/mold as soon as we walked in. Ended up buying air freshener to mask that. Probably wouldn’t hurt to have pest control come out and spray for spiders, they were everywhere including in the room! Nothing said to front desk b/c could not get ahold of them from room phone and nobody was at the front desk when I went there either. Overall, terrible hotel stay!

The breakfast was awful. Frozen waffles and off brand cereal. Breakfast was served on Saturday and Sunday 730-930. We went in there at 830 and there was no coffee and it was a mess. The guy at the front desk barely spoke english as well.

Very good

Close to passion play. Small pool for as many rooms as there was. No hot water in show at 5 in the morning. TV had only one station. No lock on bathroom door.

This place is long past its prime. There was mold in the bathroom and the pillow cases were absolutely filthy as well as the sheets. I’ve stayed in old motels before but this place was beyond gross
-
Wasn’t not the most clean but the other two were just so so. The other guests were very disruptive. I asked for adjoining rooms and they put us spaced out. One key card completely stopped working and the manager immediately blamed my friend that she placed it to close to her phone. We definitely will not go back

Parking was decent that about it. Rooms were nothing like the photos. We stayed in room 102 and 103. They were much older. They have spider, cobwebs throughout the room. Lamp shades were broken, missing light bulbs. The bedding had tears in the sheets/ comforter. old ac units that barely kept the room cold. The refrigerators barely worked. In one of the rooms, the toilets would hardly flush. The the pool had so much debris, people's hair and algae growing around the edges that our kids were not even swimming in. In the breakfast is only on the weekends. Very disappointing and there is no ice machine. They use a cooler. We ended up checking out early because of how disappointed this was. I would not recommend going to this hotel

We enjoyed staying here, the pool was nice to cool off and the fire pit area was a great place to hang out with other guests.

No breakfast except Saturday and Sunday. They charged 50 dollar deposit extra. Only 1 bath towel was in the rest room. Not a good place.
