The room and bedshwets were clean.

The manager was very insistent that we purchase our Passion Play tickets through her. Also I requested a downstairs room, but she stated the request was never sent to her. She did "upgrade" us to a another type of room on the ground floor for an additional $5 a night. The tickets and "upgrade" had to be payed in cash.

It was exactly what you'd expect of a cheap motel. no free breakfast but they did sell chips and pop in the lobby. They also offered discount tickets to the passion play but we didn't use that, but it's good if you do use that. I'm not sure if this is bad or not. they said they practiced complete privacy so they didn't come into the room unless we asked them to. we stayed for 6 days and not once was anyone in the room to make it when we left for the day, but that's good if you don't want anybody in your room until you leave and don't care about the beds being made when you come back from activities.

The owner is extremely nice and helpful. The room was fine, except that apparently, a previous guest has thrown up in the bathroom sink, and the vomit odor was still there when we were there.

The rooms were good, and they were clean. Beds were not super comfortable but ok for a night or 2. It was close to everything.
