Walk into the main lobby with a foul odor. Front staff was awesome. Had room 317. Ac unit smelled moldy. Bathroom sink faucet was missing the tip screen. Bathtub faucet was loose. This is my third visit to this hotel, and I never had issues with the room until now. The lady at the front desk was very courteous. But nothing has done. considering staying at a different hotel.

The location is also very convenient, with Fort Drum, Walmart, Aldi, restaurants and Watertown all easily accessible. For cleanliness, comfort, location and value, we were very satisfied. The one major disappointment was the breakfast. It really needs significant improvement and, in our opinion, was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. The selection was overwhelmingly carbohydrate-heavy, with a lot of sugary and processed items and almost no meaningful protein options. Some eggs and additional protein-rich choices would make a huge difference. Breakfast is an important part of the experience when it’s advertised as being included with the stay, and unfortunately we were left with hungry mornings despite otherwise enjoying the hotel. We would happily stay here again because of the clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, quiet surroundings and convenient location, but we really hope management improves the breakfast selection.

The room was spacious, had plenty of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Could use a new shower head. Staff was friendly but second night, there was no one around that I could see.

There was a treadmill and exercise bike and the treadmill was out of order.

There was no coffee pot in the room. The breakfast was minimal and small amount of seating. The ice machine was only on the first floor. There was only 1 luggage cart for the whole hotel. There were no trash cans outside the hotel and people were leaving their trash all over the place. The staff were polite and did their job. The bed was okay though squeaky.

Shower nozzel needs to be replaced. Beds were have average quality. Very basic breakfast. Hotel was clean, easy to locate

Although the workout room needed service(treadmill broken), the hotel is 5 minutes from the trailhead of Black River Trail for walking/jogging. The breakfast was a fail, as the waffle dispenser was broken and there were no healthy cereal options.

Everyone is amazingly friendly & nice & thoughtful & sincere!!🤗❣️ I just cannot believe there is such a hotel that really CARES about its customers - wonderful & "Uniquely Outstanding"!!! KUDOS to: Katie > Check-In (Front Desk) Phil > very thoughtful & kind Harry > so nice Room very clean. The BEST Pillows on earth!! Bed almost perfect, just the ridges are hard due to the rod, so I just needed to avoid the sides. Bathroom almost perfect. Shower Great > strong pressure! Carpet very clean! Furnitures very clean. Fridge very good. I did not use the microwave. Hallways & Lobby very clean! Laundry Self-help > quarters at Front Desk: $1.50 Wash & $2 Dry. Mini Gym. If U are a Breakfast Person, they only serve toasts, packaged muffins, coffee. I was not sure if there was juice. Make your own Waffles. I did not see if there was fruit. No eggs or deli. I thought was the ONLY Bummer! If U have a vehicle, everything is within 5 or 8 minutes away. Walmart, ALDI, restaurants. Papa Pizza & Wendys are close! The hotel was nice and conveniently located however the beds were not comfortable at all. The breakfast was a joke. Cereal, toast, packaged pastries, yogurt, and waffles. Not very diabetic friendly. Priced resonable.

For the cost there is nothing but absolute basics.

Mini pillows per bed. There only one entrance so it’s a pain if you don’t get one of about 10 spots on that side. The only ice maker is by the front desk. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and I won’t be back.
