Clean room

We've been staying at this hotel since 2015 when traveling to the 1000 Islands. Over the last 11 years not much has changed - the rooms are clean, lobby is fresh and the desk is staffed all the time. Staff is courteous. We've always had rooms on the 1st floor, but this trip we were on the 2nd. After all this time we realized there's no elevator to get to the 2nd floor! Not a big deal for us, but folks who can't climb stairs very well may want to consider this. As far as breakfast goes, it's like most smaller hotels these days - it's there, but you'd do better to find a sit-down restaurant. Eggs/Sausage/Waffles/Coffee/Juice/Cereal and some fruit. Will definitely stay again.

Staff very friendly

There was no elevator, the breakfast was terrible. Very low quality. If the breakfast had a better wood food quality, that would make the stay much better..

Very outdated, shower stall had rust stains, tiles were dingy, bathroom door handle wasn’t even on. Staff was decent. Breakfast was very lacking, eggs were cold and spongy. Loud establishment, could hear everything from surrounding rooms and outside.

Very comfortable stay

Room was clean, staff was friendly and will definitely stay here again next time we're coming to Ft. Drum. Few minor things, the door to bathroom didn't close all the way very easily, the door knob was broken, the shower faucet was loose, key stopped working after day 1. Minor things.

It’s meh. Not the nicest but not necessarily dirty or gross. It was fine for one night since there are limited options in the area.

Every interaction felt personal, and it was clear that the team genuinely cared about ensuring guests had a great experience. It’s rare to find a place where everyone consistently exceeds expectations, but this hotel certainly does. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or leisure. It offers outstanding hospitality, excellent accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to staying here again, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Five stars without hesitation! Loved everything

Clean and economical

The room assigned to me was out dated, blankets had holes everwhere, the sofa provided was disgusting as if it was picked up from streets. Only the lobby is renovated, the rooms and furnitures are outdated.

The bad: continental breakfast was poor. No breads of any kind. No fruits. Bitter Coffee. The desk staff often not there. Sought towels at 10pm. Rang the service phone at desk. No one came after over 5 minutes. I finally roamed till I found a guy. Internet wifi was almost non-functional - meaning too weak.

The suite room setup was non optimal Breakfast should have bread, but there were non. Waffle maker was broken

Service was poor and there is too less items in breakfast. It’s better to not to provide breakfast. Horrible experience and not recommended.
