Clean room

Rooms could be cleaner as far as finishes go. There was paint missing, cracks on some tiles, and bedding wasn’t comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff friendly enough.

As a traveling nurse that visits the area regularly, I have found my new hotel. This is my second time here and everything is great just as the first. Clean, quiet, convenient, great breakfast selection, not Continental…real food! Staff is courteous and helpful. Not one complaint! 10/10 Best value in the area!!!

Comfortable bed, quiet location, not very busy. A/C worked well, not too loud. perfume smell in the room, scratched up walls & doors

The entire place needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. The carpets need to be pulled or deep cleaned, the furniture in the rooms do as well. It needs a good scrubbing and an exterminator. Oh, and it was giving “ future meth/drug” vibes. There were definitely questionable characters and yelling/slamming doors from around 2a-430a.

First when we arrived, we noticed that the lobby and the halls were not air conditioned. When we arrived at our room it had an odor to it. There were three lights that were burnt out. Then in the bathroom, the wall next to toilet was really dirty from splatters. Do not think it has ever been washed. Needless to say, we will not be staying at a Clarion again. All of the amenities were the cheapest and roughest they could get. The breakfast was so so.

Hotel was just ok, but would not choose this hotel again. It is in a good location.

Loved the location of room and staff was amazing. The only complaint is our room was warm. Would have liked it to be cooler.

I was already coping and trying to remain optimistic by the time we were done checking in. As soon as I walked into the main entrance the strong musty chemical sent punched me in the face. When we entered our room it was 82 degrees. Then we noticed that the floors were CLEARLY not swept or vaccuumed. There was hair all over the floor and door to the bathroom. The paint above the shower and toilet in the bathroom was peeling off and the bed had audible metal springs and sank deeply in the middle. If it were just me I would have slept in the car. The 2 stars I gave was generous. Seriously dont waste your money.

Didn’t get to eat breakfast because it was already gone when we down to it. We weren’t given a time for it. The room was dirty and had a horrible smell. The hotel was hard to get to.

Was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Stopped last minute to get some rest before continuing my drive. The property was well maintained, with plenty of well lit parking. The lobby was very nice and my kids were very impressed with how nice it smelled. Actually, they commented multiple times on how the hotel smelled nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. My only complaint would be that the ac to the room was off and when we got there the thermostat showed 80*. It took a few hours for the room to cool down, too, which made it difficult to fall asleep. Overall, not a bad stay.
