The front desk person was not friendly, she barely spoke. The room smelled like smoke and mold. The bathroom walls had mold, the toilet seat was dirty and had hair on it. The door frames were all very damaged and there were holes in the wall from a poor repair job. The bathroom walls were filthy. The lobby area was clean and nice.

This property is old and needs to be refurbished.

The first room was filthy from floor to ceiling including the walls. The front desk lady acted mad when I requested a different room. The second room was a bit cleaner but still had hair in the shower. When we came back from our event on Saturday night the entire floor in front of the window over by the desk was soaked and the room smelled like mildew. I called the front desk and reported it. I requested a refund and they told me no because we stayed both nights…we had no place to go at 1 am after the event. I still think we deserve a full refund and will never stay there again.

Bathtub Not clean and water Not draining. No soap, hand wash provided. Toilet was moving when i was using it.

The lady at the counter during check-in was really nice everytime I came across her during our stay. After you leave the lobby area, everything is outdated, dirty floors where the carpeting isn't vacuumed near the baseboards in the hallway. It seemed like every room's door frame and door was banged up, paint missing on the door frames. Our room seemed to smell ok and the linen was clean. There was and I'm sure still is stains on the wall next to one of the beds about 3 ft off the floor and a red spot on the wall about 6ft up above a picture and looks like both of the stains looked they have never been touched. The toilet seat must of broken at some point and instead of installing the correct elongated toilet seat for the elongated toilet, they installed a round toilet seat on the elongated toilet and of course the toilet seat would not stay up at all. This Hotel is a non-smoking hotel but the hallway wreaked of cigarette smoke during the day Saturday morning and a faint smell of marijuana late Saturday night. This company should be embarrassed by impersonating a quality hotel online by its lobby photos and then the reality hits when the customer arrives. I have the photos of the my room if management wants to see them.

Stayed with family. The lobby is nice and updated and the staff was very kind and helpful. However, our room was very run down, outdated, and did not seem very clean. The carpets were grimy, and the room had an unpleasant smell. Seemed very different compared to the reviews and pictures we saw online when booking.

Rooms could be cleaner as far as finishes go. There was paint missing, cracks on some tiles, and bedding wasn’t comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff friendly enough.

As a traveling nurse that visits the area regularly, I have found my new hotel. This is my second time here and everything is great just as the first. Clean, quiet, convenient, great breakfast selection, not Continental…real food! Staff is courteous and helpful. Not one complaint! 10/10 Best value in the area!!!
