Quality Inn Evansville Eastland Area

I stayed here for 2 nights with my family and the experience was unacceptable. 1. False advertising: The hotel advertised a heated pool. There was no heated pool on site. When asked staff they had turned the heat up to 97 degrees in the pool room and considered that a heated pool. The water itself was not heated and was unable. 2. Room maintenance: The shower did not drain. Water rose to my knees while showering and remained standing after. This is a sanitation and safety issue. 3. Cleanliness: Both beds had hair in the sheets upon check-in. The room was not properly cleaned between guests. 4. Customer services: I reported all three issues to management during my stay and received no response or resolution. It felt like their only concern was taking payment. I would not recommend this hotel to families or anyone expecting advertised amenities to be available and clean. I am leaving a 0 rating because basic standards of cleanliness, honesty, and guest services were not met. Stayed: July 2026

It was clean and quiet. Some things just seemed a little outdated

Staff was great. Property was very clean. Rppms were very clean. Breakfast was ok. Not the best. Had biscuits, eggs gravy(watered down) yogurt -(only strawberries with banana [some people have allergies to strawberries or bananas) need different flavors.

Room was smelly. When ever we go and come out it smells weird in the room. Carpets were sticky. Pool wasn't that clean on the walls. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was ok.

Great place, extremely clean room

The staff were so courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean although the pool was a little small my kids had a blast. Breakfast was good but I think all of the construction guys ate it up. We got crumbs Everything was great! There just needs to be a sidewalk in the front and more parking.

The hotel charged me $25 but on #xpedia it did not show such a charge would be forced.

It was available. Was supposed to be a hot tub and heated pool. There was no hot tub. It was filled in with concrete and the pool was not heated. The beds were supposed to be queen sized and they were full size. Those were the main reasons for booking there.. Should not be an advertised as having these accommodations. Very disappointing! Drove 15 hours and really needed a hot tub or at least a heated pool. I would have booked where those things were actually offered, had I known about all of the false advertising.

The location was of good convince. The staff was rude and very unprofessional!! The rooms smelled of old smoke and were dirty. We had to request new towels twice they were dirty both times.... disgusting in the least!!

the big room the stuff was so nice my kids and loved the pool it was a great stay price was a little high tho but still nice we will be staying there every time we come in town. at breakfast all though there was a variety of breakfast items to choose from to eat there wasn't very much food and they only orange juice to drink my son is deathly allergic to oranges. so he had to drink water i feel that they need to have grape or apple juice as an alternative cause not everybody can have orange juice.

Room was old and musty they make you pay a $50 deposit there were a lot of TV channels

The pool was disgusting, could see dirt all along the edges. Rooms smelt like a dog. Breakfast was very limited. Had an issue on check in after paying through Expedia, was told my card was declined. After the money had already came out of my account.
