Excellent

The room and staff were fine, but the lobby has a horrible rotten egg smell! It smacks you in the face when you walk in. Not exactly a great "welcome". Thank goodness it was just in that area. Also the breakfast was always empty and while I was eating, they added some bacon to warm options but it looked raw!

Bedding had gross stain. Door to room was sticky and made loud scraping noise.

Issues with drain flies in room, dirty shower markings, and elevator door frame areas are very damaged

Awesome place, staff was very accommodating especially at ck in gave me an upgrade bc of special circumstances. Stay was for business, will def stay again when in the area.

They tried to put us in a room with the air conditioner broke and a blower in there so I had to go back downstairs. The room that we ended up with it wasn’t very clean, but I brought wipes so I wiped everything down our feet stuck to the floor.

It was okay, the sheets kept slipping off but everything was okay

Nothing Old rooms, air unit falling apart, shower drain hardly drained water, stayed in tub for an hour after done with shower

It was under construction and very rushy at check out

First room one bed had stains on it. We asked to switch rooms. The next room was fine clean wise but when going to sleep and the latch was broken. I recommend not staying here if you are women traveling alone. Things were also left under the bed from a prior quest. They also put a hold on my card and said it would fall off a few hours after checkout, however it shows a $50 charge for when I checked in and a $50 charge the day after I checked out. Keep watch on your credit card used.

Only real downfall was construction still going on and room lost power for a bit other than that it was great

The pool was warm quaint and inviting, and the breakfast bar was very good as well. Just the lack of proper cleaning of the room was my #1 complaint.

This is our 5th year coming and will always come back every year our granddaughter is autistic and every staff member was absolutely the best

The breakfast was mediocre but free/included. Coffee cups are super small. Sugar packets instead of a poured. Close quarters, bumping elbows. Poor layout.

The room wasnt properly cleaned, and I was told I couldn’t switch rooms. I didn’t even ask for a refund. Pills and fingernails were left on the floor of my room from the last guest. The floor I was on stank so much from paint fumes it was barely tolerable

Very dirty, chairs in lobby where stained, our room the shower floor had hair and residue. Gnats everywhere. Took us to a 2nd room and it still had trash laying around the room.

TV did not work. No one at the desk Several people loitering. Construction Unacceptable grounds See above
