Comfort Inn Evansville East

The hotel was not well maintained. My shower floor was gross. I feel like the pictures were not an honest representation of the condition of the hotel. I would not stay there again.

Shower was dirty. It had long hairs strands on walls. Made me feel unclean

Are first room had a lot of mold on the wall so we told the front desk and they moved us to a new room

Newly updated, quiet, clean and the beds are really comfortable. Will be staying here every time I visit Evansville.

It was very dusty and dirty. Shower was covered in black. The next morning I went down for breakfast around 9amish and they started putting all the food away...breakfast from 6am-10am..My over all stay was terrible never again!!

They were redoing some rooms but mine was great. They have no control over the guests who banged on my door at 2am and were smoking in the pool area. Staff was very nice.

Wonderful staff at front desk, housekeeping and the gentleman serving breakfast.

We stayed 4 night and only had our rooms serviced one time and they did not replace washcloths, hand towels or toilet paper (which was only 1-ply 😏), we had to ask for them. The cable box the tv was connected to that was supposed to be on the wall, was left just dangling from the tv. No place to hang hand towels. My mother in law had a handicap access room, which had no closet or place to hang her clothes at all. No dresser for clothes either. Only nightstands which were too small. She also had a bathtub in her room she could not get into being handicapped. We will not stay there again.

We staryed in a newly renovated room and we were very pleased with it. The pool was well maintained and the hot breakfast was well done.

the breakfast was good and hot. our grandaughters tried a little bit of everything! the pool was great - it was relaxing We stayed for 2 nights. the air conditioner must have been regulated to turn off during the day. It was really warm when we came back for the second night and not running at all when we got back to the room.

The bathroom is very small and disorganized. Ice makers were not working. Only insulated cups in the room.

There were a lot of roadworks and the bathroom was not clean

Only pro I seen was the location of all the restaurants… Entered the room musty smell, seen mold in the AC unit, turned air down to 61 to get it colder, didn’t work even after being on from 3PM, -10AM… The emergency exit door wasn’t unlocking from inside/outside had to have the workers fix it, still didn’t unlock from outside had to prop open with rock by door… The stairwell exit wasn’t usable (didn’t need to use, but I’m sure this is a fire hazard). Pillows were the size of a toddler’s pillow & very thin!!! Towels looked/smelled like they wasn’t freshly washed… I only stayed here bc they needed to do work on my AC drain & this was one of the less expensive motels, & didn’t think it would be this bad!!! I wish I would have just went ahead it paid the extra money for a better one… I will NOT be staying here again!!!

Breakfast was complete with all the usual foods. It was in a quiet location. We stayed two nights and the housekeeper changed our towels and emptied the trash The door cards wouldn't work on the first room turns out the door battery was dead. We'd never had that happen before. The AC thermostat setting changed randomly, although the room stayed at a decent temperature. Both small inconvenieces.

The bathroom was dirty after we checked in. There were soap stains on the floor and wall of the shower. We requested another room, but the bathroom was still dirty. Another room had a dead bug on the floor. After checking out 4 more rooms, we finally found a room that was acceptable. With each request, the front desk staff had less and less smile. By the 3rd room, her smile was completely gone and made me feel like that I was in the wrong and being a trouble maker. The breakfast only served during 6-9 am on a Sunday and the food was not hot and there were limited choices. I stayed there before and it wasn’t like that. Apparently, there was a change in ownership since my last stay. So I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The room next to us didn’t have a door knob. There were several people going in and out of a couple rooms several doors down from us and they were causing a lot of problems. The bathroom was t super clean and there wasn’t any supplies so we were unprepared.
