Baymont by Wyndham Casper East

Hot tub broken. Door locks on outside of building not working. No elevator, our non smoking room had cigarette butts in it. Shower head was so weak it was a joke. To top it off the AC wouldn’t cool the room at all. Will never be back.

Good room exactly what we expected

Room was very old looking. Floors were cracked. Towels were rougher than the stone mountains that surround the hotel. Bathtub backed up and toilet doesn't flush without three flushes first.

The hot tub was down for maintenance , didn't look like it had been in service for quite awhile. small breakfast offering. I wouldn't have booked it ,if I had known about the hot tub.

Well done, good service, nice room

They have a hot breakfast provided. Bed and pillows were very comfortable in my opinion. They have a pool and hot tub indoor. They staff was okay they were talking about staffing to a guest who didn’t need to know that much information. The lady checking us in was kinda rude but okay overall once all checked in and done. Would stay here again.

The toilet seat in our bathroom was round, but the toilet itself was oval. Didn't look right.

The room was decent.

The front desk associate was very nice. She was very busy attending other things that she should not have had to deal with. She was away from the front desk too long helping with other things, TV remotes, AC's. The breakfast wasn't bad. The eggs didn't taste like they came out of a box and the sausage tasted pretty good too. I liked the coffee and waffles were good too. The hotel is very outdated!!! Wasn't very appealing when you walk into the lobby, then the room was dark and dingy and the beds do not fit in the frames as my husband hit the metal piece that was sticking out from under the mattress. The shower wasn't dirty but looked dirty and the shower and faucet in the tub ran together.

Mold all around the tub enclosure, broken latch on the door (security) so much ice in the ice box no room to freeze anything!

I had stayed at this hotel years ago and honestly it was in bad shape. The owners need to go through the rooms and update and repair items that are not working. It was not very clean. The luggage rack was broken and the only one I saw to use. The only plus in that hotel was the friendly and helpful staff!

Rooms were good for a former Days Inn, but the Breakfast could use improvement.

This hotel apart that is terrible the lady who is in front has a horrible way to be with everyone they canceled my reservation without any justification I had in the app save here and paid when you arrived and the fact that they had so many people asking for rooms they canceled mine without calling me it's horrible don't trust this hotel I never recommend it and so small

Booked based on hot tub which was down indefinitely from looks of it and frustrated I wasn’t notified allowing me to make other arrangements. No pool towels or staff to get them. Wall paper peeling in bathroom and caulk needs to be replaced.

The hotel is definitely showing its age. While it was supposed to be a non-smoking room and hotel, the first thing we noticed when walking into our room was a significant amount of smoke smell. The bathroom also had multiple neglected maintenance items, including falling wallpaper. I think for a budget hotel it’s OK. I definitely wouldn’t recommend a family to stay there. I would stay there again if I was by myself working.

Upon check in our shower had hair left over in it. Second night our key cards didn’t work. Went to the front desk no one was available. Called the number on the sign was told “she would get there when she had time”
