Haven’t stayed at courtyard in a while, and it reminded me of why I quit staying there. Compared to other hotel chains that include coffee, maybe cookies and a breakfast and none of that at a courtyard. I do understand that they are trying to reach a different clientele just not for me.

The elevator button was not working and whenever we needed to come downstairs we had to call on the phone and ask them to send the elevator up. Why couldn’t that be repaired?? Also, there were no bottles of water provided as is customary at other hotels. The room we stayed in was roomy and clean so that was a plus. Overall the stay was OK.

Not sure what was going on between 3:30AM - 5:00 AM on the 3rd floor above our room but they were blaring music and we kept hearing loud knocking/slamming noises. I am guessing laundry services? We have a newborn and it was so loud none of us could sleep! We also had a "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging outside the door and housekeeping was knocking before check out to clean the room, which we were trying to sleep in since we were up for hours in the middle of the night.
