Hyatt Place Casper

Comfy beds, wonderful pool. Only hiccup was due to a new employee being trained during check-in which resulted in an approved late check-out not being noted, which led to housekeeping entering our room multiple times and also treating our minors with disrespect. If it wasn’t for that it’d be 5 stars across the board.

Wonderfully Breakfast included. Nice new hotel. Location is convenient off highway but in a warehouse area.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind

Stayed with family for a night while traveling to Glacier. The hotel room was nice and clean. Support staff was friendly and helpful. The location is nice.

Our room was awesome except the air conditioner was extremely loud. The front desk said they were having some issues with some of the air conditioners, they did offer to move us to another room when we inquired. We just ended up shutting the air off in the evening to avoid the awful noise. Staff were very pleasant.

Very nice place to stay, esthetically pleasing, great food, service staff were very friendly and it felt very safe.

Good conditions

Rooms were clean. Some of the nicest beds and pillows at any hotel I’ve stayed. Nice breakfast. It has a bar and grill, I didn’t use the bar but it looks nice. Only problem I had with this place is there are no washer or dryers. Other than that it was great.

Everything was great! No complaints and would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful new place. Clean modern large room and bathroom. Great bed and TV. Wonderful variety of breakfast foods. Staff was great. The bar and eatery offered a relaxing end to the day! Highly recommend.

Breakfast is great but could use some waffles

The property was new. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The property was OK on a cleanliness standpoint. I'm tired of hotels thinking that using a sticky roller on the floors is equal to cleaning them. Vacuum and get out a mop! There was hair all over the entry and bathroom floors. Beds were comfortable and clean. The shower head was weird. You can hear your neighbors walk, talk, run, snore, plus everything else. The pool area was very nice and big. No hot tub. Breakfast was OK. No tongs to pick up the bread (gross), they don't use plastic/paper utensils and dishes. The dishes were filthy. We had to go through a handful of forks and spoons before we found some that weren't sticky or still covered in food and the breakfast staff was extremely loud, yelling back and forth and throwing dishes in a bin. If I came through Casper again, I might find somewhere else to stay. All in all, it was just OK.

This hotel is laid our really nice. The rooms are functional and very nice. Love that there is no carpet! Super friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again!

It was a great place to stay. Convenient, clean, and great price.

There was a heat/air conditioner unit in our room that was pretty noisy each time when it started its cycle. The night manager was frustrated by the card we used for incidentals (prepaid card) and wasn’t very professional about it. Otherwise, clean room and nice amenities.

Comfy, clean, awesome pool!

Had a really nice stay! The staff was so sweet and welcoming and everything was spotless. The beds are amazingly comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. My only issue is that the blinds aren't true blackout blinds, so light from the parking lot sneaks in the sides. If you're a light sleeper (like me!), it's a bit tough to sleep soundly. But even with that, I’d still stay here again!

Breakfast was varied and had excellent choices.
