Pool was nice and had some items to be able to play although without a hot tub was a bit chilly for me, the kids loved it though. There was a nice sitting area outside. I forgot to check it out after dark but would have been lovely. Room was great with 2 queens plus the pull out sofa which gives lots of daytime room as well as an extra bed at night. The only disappointment was that there was no laundry facilities but were able to make do.

Liked the free breakfast, and especially liked you could eat dinner there and have a drink at the bar.

Literally did not want to leave!!!! We loved it so much. It was soooo nice, so clean, just such a great feel in general. Amazing salt water pool, amazing workout room, and truly every staff member was so kind and friendly!!! Special shout out to Rick and Shadow!!

We stayed there in July. I was blown away at the neatness, comfort, amenities, and location. The staff always greeted us when we left and came. The only issue was a couple of spots (very small) on the white comforter, but like it was still laundered. Water was always welcomed on the main floor and the staff at breakfast was so inviting. Oh and the breakfast, you don’t find that in Texas. We will 10/10 stay there again!!

The property was very clean and tidy. I loves the shower instead of a bathtub, I would have preferred a microwave in the room but other then that it was very enjoyable

Very pleasantly surprised by how well Hyatt Place accommodated our family of six. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast attendant was incredibly sweet. Would definitely recommend this Casper location,

This was a great hotel. It was spotless, modern, easy to find, our room was large with separate seating area for work or watching movies, we had a quick dinner in the bar area, food was good, breakfast was also good. The staff was top notch, friendly and efficient. We will stay here next time we are in Casper.
