Didn't get to stay was overbooked and need a refund for it

The room was clean and the area was quiet. The room was fine and could use a better carpenter but no concerns. The room lacked a shower curtain but all was well.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! It was super easy to extend our stay and the room was very clean. The WiFi was a great plus for getting some work done on my computer. Pet friendly is also always nice!

The bed was very soft but comfortable. The room smelled like a smoking room. It was suppose to be a non-smoking room.

The location was in a great place. The staff was amazingly nice. The rooms were comfortable and the place was quiet.

2nd room did not have fridge or microwave. Check in lady was nice. Check out one was unhelpful.

The mattresses were awful on both beds. We had to take out our own garbage and our room was never cleaned during the week we stayed. The towels were only changed twice (we had to ask once when we asked for toilet paper as the room was never checked).

No soaps,

Very dated and rundown, paint peeling everywhere, carpet was disgusting and the box springs on the bed were broken. The receptionist was very kind and friendly but the hotel is definitely falling in disrepair

The door did not lock. The TV did not work. The shower did not get warm. We had a dog friendly room and they gave us the last room available and said no dogs were allowed. Charged us extra. The hotel night lady was terrible. She wanted everyone checking out to throw their keys outside the door. NO WAY!

NEVER NEVER STAY AT RODEWAY INN, CASPER! Jankiest motel ever! They had duct tape over the door jam and bolt side of door. You did not need a key card to get in!! All you had to do was push the door open! Very very sketchy place!! Booked a king room, 2 full size beds were in the room. 1 of which looked like a rollaway bed, big sag in the middle. Curtain was very thin and did not quite cover entire window. Terrible!! Do not book here. We went back to checkin desk and explained. The person said, 'oh you just need to take the duct tape off the door jam so it will lock!' Um, 2 things: why do this in the first place, and why wouldn't you tell us about it upon checkin? But again, WHY? it makes no difference. Needless to say we did not stay and went to the Courtyard Marriott!! Very lovely to stay at that place! We went back to the Rodeway in the morning to take pictures and they took part of the duct tape off the jam as if that was going to magically make the door lock! You could still push the door open with no key card. They would not refund me even though it is a huge safety issue! I booked through booking.com and they tried to get me a refund but the accommodation would not refund! DO NOT STAY HERE! All of the above, NEVER NEVER NEVER STAY here! Very sketchy, run down, VERY UNSAFE!!!
