Comfort Inn Fairbanks

Great hotel I highly recommend it. The staff every single one of them are wonderful and we were there for 3 days. We did laundry which was great. We had breakfast every morning which was very good. The coffee was excellent. No complaints

Everything excellent except for motorcycle and drag racers running up and down the street by the hotel. Went on way past midnight.

The staff was great and very helpful.

The only downside was the loud street noise on Friday and Saturday nights, which wasn't the hotel's fault. Unfortunately, they can't control the racing cars and motorcycles on Airport Way. Overall, a great stay and good value for the area. We come to Fairbanks often and plan to stay here again.

We loved how clean & updated(new) the hotel was. Breakfast was delicious and out early which benefited us on a day when we had an early excursion. The location was convenient to everything! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The bed was very comfortable too! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again if in the area! Thank you for making the last leg of our trip so comfortable!

When I checked in, the gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and made sure to let me know where everything I might need is.

The experience with the hotel was very pleasant. They took care of all of our needs at no time that we felt that any service that we wanted was not available to us, made the trip and the time very pleasant.

Friendly staff with great recommendations

I would stay here again and i would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to find a nice hotel in a great location to everything. Customer service was excellent and the General Manager was extremely helpful and made sure our stay accommodated. The entire staff including cleaning crew made our stay amazing. This was our 4th time coming to Alaska and second time in Fairbanks! 10/10 if that was rating available!!!

Location was key for us as it was right across the street from the baseball tournament we were up for. Quaint and quiet property. Breakfast was a plus with options to please everyone. Laundry machines for use on property worked great. One of two washers down, so it was a hot commodity. It would have been nice to have run times posted. We had daily room service the first day but not the next, so a little confusing. The front desk was helpful in acquiring more towels. Maybe management can make an area for staff smoking as a large number smoke or vape right outside the front doors. We didn’t smell it inside, but less professional look.
