Very clean, delicious breakfast, nice gym and pool, best hotel we stayed in on our trip to Alaska. Would come back anytime.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it’s nice how secluded you feel but you’re still close enough to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and breakfast were a plus, the rooms were clean, and the towels were soft. Would stay again.

The location was good. The AC was quite noisy and the front desk said they will resolve it, but it seems to be a lie, coz no staff went in my room. I stayed there five nights. They also refuse to provide invoice or receipt.

Clean, well placed close to activities. Breakfast with adequate choices.

Fine for a one night stay. Nothing special but the front desk check in experience was appalling. Front desk did not have our reservation-made through Best Western and told us that the information for the day’s reservations had been cleared from the system at 10pm rather than the usual 3am. The two young self described trainees were unable to do anything to find and honor our reservation. Because it was 1:30 am and we were exhausted from our travel I asked if we could then make a new reservation. They quoted a rate much higher than the original reservation. I thought to check booking.com and found a lower rate. The next day we awoke to find that we had still been charged for the original reservation that they could find. Are currently in the process of trying to get a refund. A complete mess with staff who shouldn’t be put in the position of working without support. No manager available to assist.

Staff acts like it is their first day on the job. Deer in headlights when you ask a question. Took two days to get new sheets for bed.

Property was a little run down. The shower curtain was broken but we gerry rigged it to stay in place. Was right for the price.

Best handicap bathroom. The receptionist at front desk. Air conditioning does work in the room. 73 degrees. Coffee was not good. Watered down sausage gravy.

It was a good hotel.

Spacious clean rooms with comfortable beds. Nice breakfast with fruits and yogart.

We were a little disappointed in the building and some features. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a barbecue going on the afternoon when we arrived and it was rather chaotic. The coffee pot did not work in the room but was replaced when we went down to desk ( once to report and second to determine if a replacement was available/ coming). We had to ask for linen and did not get new bedding the 3days/4 nites we stayed ( maybe this is the norm now?). The breakfast was bland and did not change. We thought everything was relatively old and outdated, including rugs etc. the fridge was a good size but it had a layer of dust and handprints on it. I felt this was not representative of most Best Western plus hotels we've stayed at.

Pool was usable, shower not installed yet; nice quiet area, walking distance from Pioneer Park.

The family enjoyed our stay. We appreciated that box fans were available. Fran was an absolute gem in taking care of us everyday.
