The receptionist was very nice and helpful. When the lady came to help us with the shower because there was no hot water, she removed the control panel, and underneath it we found an empty bottle.

Was this the worst place I've ever stayed? No. Was it the best? Also, no. The customer service was fine, the staff we interacted with were polite and friendly, but not particularly professional. Our door was not latched upon our arrival to our room, everything was clean enough and did not seem out of place so we just proceeded in as it was late and we were tired from a long travel day. Our room was clean and updated but upon closer inspection it seemed sloppily updated and maintained, the same could be said for the lobby area and exterior of the building. We received housekeeping each night of our stay, but again kind of did half the job. Breakfast was adequate but not anything exciting. Overall, it was a fine stay and we would stay again if we needed to but we would also look at other options first.

The lobby has extended tables, bar tools, snacks, sandwiches and drinks for purchase. The washing machines were out of service on our last stay.
