Nice hotel! Definitely stay again!

My Husb and I had a very pleasant stat. From the check in to the check out. We had trouble with the AC unit. We were switched to a new room within 30 minutes. The staff was great.

Friendly staff and visitors. Conveniently by the highway but quiet. The only noise we heard some was people in the hallway.

They did not clean the room each morning, empty the trash, or provide fresh towels everyday I was there, 5 days. Asked several times for them to do it and it never happened.

I have always like staying at the Best Western. Very clean and comfortable. The prices are reasonable and good breakfast as well.

All of the employees were super friendly at check in and at breakfast. Everyone greeted us warmly from the cleaning crew, breakfast attendants, and receptionists.

The staff was amazing, very welcoming. Miss Dee's breakfast was great. She was awesome, made you feel at home. Antonio was very friendly and helpful.

Nice stay. Was locked out and had to wait on staff to return to the area to get back in the property. That took about 15 mins. Somehow my key card was disabled.

The location was great, the staff was amazing and very accommodating. I enjoyed EVERYTHING!!!

Staff were amazing and quite helpful and friendly. Clean hotel, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, plenty of parking. No issues!

Just needed for one short night but it provided a comfortable bed and the staff at check-in was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which is what we were looking for. Maybe we hit an “off-morning” but the breakfast when we stayed was pretty lackluster compared to other similar places.

A major drawback was the elevator though. It was jerky, made concerning sounds, and as of 5/30/26 had not been inspected since 1/9/25. Meaning the inspection for the elevator was five months past due. Also a minor nitpick is that the smart TVs don't have YouTube. Outside of those though the hotel is amazing and I'll be back in the future (if they still have a working elevator)

Front desk staff was rude and threatened went force me to leave due to my son running down the hall ONCE at check in, didn’t even give me time to get in my room! Then, didn’t allow my baby to walk in his walker downstairs. When reported to management nothing was done. Ghetto and rude location!
