Room was clean, no disturb sign was honored, breakfast was varied and good. Hotel was quiet, except for the heavy walkers in the room directly above me which was not the hotel’s fault.
-
It was amazing but I asked for extended check out time. However I know that that is a choice of the hotel however I thought that I was granted it however the next day that was not the case however the manager did explained to me and was nice regarding the personal business matter so I will book here again!!

Very friendly staff, rooms were clean, and interior/exterior was very nice! Will book again.

Thank you for the hospitality

Should have a cafeteria style, maybe in the afternoons

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times and always find it clean and comfortable. The staff have always been polite and helpful. The area is safe (I am a single lady of a certain age) and have never felt insecure going out to my car at any time. I recommend turning at the light at the Racetrac gas station and going in behind the Best Western, the parking lots are connected, as the sign off Senoia Rd is very hard to see, especially at night.

I booked a king size room but got a double. The beds were too small.

We were only there for one night, but that brief experience was about as good as it gets for a hotel by the interstate. Quick check in, helpful staff, comfortable beds, ice machine close by, luggage carts available, nice, hot breakfast and easy check out.

Again, same story as the my last review, booked two rooms. The stay was pleasant if not for the very very rude breakfast lady. Not sure about her issue, but I would have complained to the manager if she was rude to my son in front of me. Also, tell the front desk if there is too much noise, they will take care of it.

Over all the stay was pleasant. The room was nice and clean. My complaint and why the relatively low score is with the breakfast lady, who watched my family like a hawk from day 1. Openly giving us the evil eye, slamming the food tray shut even though we closed it after getting food, generally acting like we were pests. My son got 4 pieces of bacon for himself and she stopped him and told him to put it back! It was a breakfast buffet, with bacon left in the serving tray. Utterly ridiculous. Other than that, it was a nice property to stay at. Sometimes neighbors tends to get loud late at night, call the front desk and they would take care of it.
