The room was clean, but televisions and door keys did not work. The reason told to me was that there was a thunder storm the day before and knocked out all the electronics and internet system. I ask for a discount and was told that Expedia would have to do that, because I made my reservation through them and not the hotel.

Clean room. Nice. No coffee at 4: 30 am in the lobby . Truckers and bus operators have early start. We miss breakfast and a coffee would of been nice. The pool i did not dear go in. The water was cloudy and stagnant. So that was a wash. (no pun)

Breakfast was disappointing...at 815...no milk for cereal..no bread for toast...no eggs...upon checkout at 910 I went back in t he breakfast area and the situation was the same...sad Watched workers taking publx shopping b as usual and load up on all t he breakfast items

Comfortable bed , great room, hotel seemed brand new, staff was very friendly and kind Staff at breakfast wasn't friendliest or happiest bit early mornings are tough on anyone

I absolutely loved the stay at this hotel. The room I had is like a mini apartment it still had plenty of space and was very comfortable. Definitely was a home away from home loved it and will continue to stay here when I come into town.

This is a nice location for visiting Atlanta without staying in an overcrowded hotel. The hotel staff are so nice and professional every time you converse with them. I can’t say enough about them!!! The downsides are the room’s sink had dirty dishes, the trash was not taken out, and housekeeping didn’t visit my room at all for a 4 day stay. I requested housekeeping after day 2 and no one came therefore my room was full of dirty towels, trash, and we were out of paper towels. Also, they need more staff to help with managing breakfast in the mornings because the one lady was unable to keep up with people’s request the second day I attempted to get hotel breakfast.

It was very clean and everyone was friendly

The staff was excellent. The breakfast was pretty decent and the location was good I paid for a suite with 2 beds and a sofa bed however when I got there the staff said that they only had 2 bed suites available. I was traveling with my adult brother and sister and a 15 year old child so my child ended up on the floor because they don't have cots.

The location and cleanliness were excellent. The WIFI and reception were really, really slow.
