The room was clean, but televisions and door keys did not work. The reason told to me was that there was a thunder storm the day before and knocked out all the electronics and internet system. I ask for a discount and was told that Expedia would have to do that, because I made my reservation through them and not the hotel.

Hotel was fine. I did not get the room I reserved. I was told there are no queen rooms with a sofa bed that the mistake was with you. Very dissasatisated. Did not get room i reserved
