Fine for a night’s stay with pets

We loved the king bed

Stayed here several times over the past ten years. Quality of breakfast has diminished as well the bed. Our room had several holes in the wall where old pictures had hung, not covered with current wall art. This is a good facility, but the new management needs to step up and make it as good as it was in the past.

Room was clean big and beautiful, staff was super nice . Wish we where staying longer then one night

The hotel staff was the best went out of their way to make sure that were taken care of! Room could have been cleaned better but was not terrible did find an unwanted item behind a chair but staff was told and manager was truly upset and concerned about it! Kids loved the pool could use some upgrades but was told they are doing so during the week! All in all would definitely stay there again! Prices a little bit higher but did go while big things going on so to be expected! Do recommend this hotel! For sure !!

Front desk lied to us when we asked to adjust our stay. He told me he was able to make the adjustment if the 3rd party booking agency agreed which they did many times. He then told the agency he refused to adjust our stay and refund me. I started this process 50 hours ahead of the night I wanted to cancel well above 24 cancellation policy of 24 hours. This happens to multiple guests and not all from the same 3rd party booking agency. We booked 3rd party because the hotel showed sold out when I tried booking direct then the hotel wanted to punish us for not booking direct. Never give this location a dime if your money. They price gauged for a kids event and the room was not worth the price. The breakfast was awful the coffee was like dirt.

Great place, really big room and very helpful staff

The only issue I had was that the room didn’t look like it had been vacummed. We found food on the floor & a balloon under a chair & the carpet felt sticky in a number of places. My daughter asked for a vacuum & she vacuumed but that didn’t solve the sticky carpet. But I loved the spaciousness of the room & the size. Beds were very comfy. This was my first time at an AmericInn & I would use this hotel again

Very clean, very comfortable stay.

Overall, the facility was clean, but the whirlpool did not appear to be functioning correctly. The jets were not working and the water was not hot and swirling as is usually the case.

Breakfast was average. Beds good

Hidden pet Fees!! Even though this is a "pet friendly" hotel, i found out at check out it cost $25 PER dog, so its was an extra $75 for us! They had a posted sign about being away from the desk, turned it around to show me the back, with a page of fine print "proving" the policy. Also, when we couldnt get the firplace to work in the room, the front desk guy came to our room saying he didnt want to come in and get bit by dogs even though i had already told them they were on leash and being held, more than once! Decent hotel, but dont go there if you have dogs!!

Could hear neighbor above me stomping loudly walking back and forth.
