The only issue I had was that the room didn’t look like it had been vacummed. We found food on the floor & a balloon under a chair & the carpet felt sticky in a number of places. My daughter asked for a vacuum & she vacuumed but that didn’t solve the sticky carpet. But I loved the spaciousness of the room & the size. Beds were very comfy. This was my first time at an AmericInn & I would use this hotel again

Very clean, very comfortable stay.

Overall, the facility was clean, but the whirlpool did not appear to be functioning correctly. The jets were not working and the water was not hot and swirling as is usually the case.

Breakfast was average. Beds good

Hidden pet Fees!! Even though this is a "pet friendly" hotel, i found out at check out it cost $25 PER dog, so its was an extra $75 for us! They had a posted sign about being away from the desk, turned it around to show me the back, with a page of fine print "proving" the policy. Also, when we couldnt get the firplace to work in the room, the front desk guy came to our room saying he didnt want to come in and get bit by dogs even though i had already told them they were on leash and being held, more than once! Decent hotel, but dont go there if you have dogs!!

Could hear neighbor above me stomping loudly walking back and forth.

Only issue i had was the auto fan didn't work on AC so used youtube video of fan running for my noise so I could sleep. Otherwise, a great place and love staying there

Location! No shade on the patio. It could use an umbrella but it might just be too windy I suppose.

Cleanliness Staff was rude, especially front desk lady, charged me twice for one night because she double booked room

The hotel was very clean and I felt safe staying here. I did not have any major issues with my stay. The tv was old and not set to the correct time which made the guide useless and a bit frustrating to find what to watch. The breakfast was good and I love that it was served until later (10am) on the weekends.

Fun pool and good breakfast. The bed was comfy too. Will stay again.

Pictures online did not match the hotel as they were in process of replacing all furniture. Our suite had nothing on the walls and a mixture of old furniture with that new crappy modern minimalist style. Its not that big of a deal but it revealed their mentality of accepting to leave work unfinished before giving others access to it.. I understand them essentially going through an update, but I am very bothered by the lack of cleanliness, basic compassion and hospitality. No offer to make things right, no apologies. I'm here for 2 nights spending north of $250 a night to celebrate a family ocassion and I get a dirty smelly unfinished room.

Staff was so pleasant and friendly!

Breakfast was okay Staff at front desk.

Pool and spa was over filled with kids the whole weekend but was nice. The tvs in suite were extremely small for the size of room
