Very nice place for the price.......

Unable to use shower

The property is well maintained and good shape housekeeping does a fantastic job. The staff at the desk needs customer service training. There was a young man that works the afternoon that was very helpful. We had problems with the keys for our room several times we had to walk down to the front desk. And we were never told that the hot tub was not gonna be working as one of the features we really wanted to use. I really wasn’t happy with our stay at comfort suites.

Rooms were unexpectedly large.

Staff were very professional and helpful In room coffeemaker was too small and CHEAP. Fridge was difficult to use, near the floor.

The property itself is nice and over all well maintained. The check in was horrible. The front desk person was grumpy and it felt like we were putting her out when we checked in. It just puts a bad taste in your mouth when your stay starts like that. We had to go back to the front desk because the keys didn't work. When I went back the answer was, "yeah, our keys suck." We continued to have issues with the keys throughout our stay. If it's a known issues, it needs addressed. I kept stepping on stuff in the room when I took my shoes off, like they hadn't vacuumed and there was stuff on the floor. The hot tub jets didn't work. Overall it's not a bad place but if it comes down to this or another property and they look comparable, I'd go with your other option.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was large and very good. Hot foods and breads, yogurts, etc coffee, juices, tea, etc

Clean room, comfortable bed. For some reason, the curtains are designed so that a heavier fabric only covers two sides of the window, and at night the outdoor security lights came in through the sheer fabric in the middle. Blackout curtains were really needed for us light sleepers! Bathroom showed a bit of wear, but was quite clean. No response to my message (sent a week before our stay) about bringing our dog. When we arrived, we were asked to pay an extra $40–quite a bit higher than what we’re used to paying as a pet fee. At least we only have one dog. Families with 2 (the limit) must pay an extra $80! The hotel is just off the interstate, which is convenient, but the surrounding area doesn’t have much to offer besides other hotels and chain restaurants. Pretty average breakfast offerings, both hot and cold.

Clean room. Nice breakfast. Safe neighborhood to walk our dog.

Exceptional

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent which isn't very common these days. The complimentary breakfast offered the standard fare, but the facility was exceptional. The staff kept everything fresh and the serving area spotless. I don't like that they basically eliminated daily housekeeping. However, it seems all mainstream chains are jumping on that bandwagon.

I worked with Amy, General Manager to get an early check in. She was so friendly, put up with my phone calls & was very professional. Property was clean, room was great.

Would have rushed a lot more if we knew it was nine a m close Also, the beds were doubles, not Queens, shouldn't advertise as Queens, but it was okay in our situation. But would be bad if it was two people per bed.
