Very accommodating staff and clean facilities!

Easy on and off the highway. Restaurants nearby,

Rooms are spacious and facilities are well maintained.

The beds were very nice. However, there was no soap at the sink or in the shower. I had to wash up with shampoo. There was hair on the tub. The rooms were dusty in areas.

The room was very spacious and the accessibilities features worked well for us.

The down side - hot tub was warm at best, pull out bed was full of crumbs, old wrappers and even a pop bottle - plus hair and not clean pillow cases in the extra bed set. Pool never had any towels so had to always ask for some which never came. After 2 nights requested new towels in our room that never happened which put more demand on the evening clerk to attend to everyone’s requests. When I noticed a roach in the milk creamer tray, I notified the front staff but it was not changed out all morning. So in all…great location and spacious hotel room. Just not that clean, don’t go for the hot tub, check your bedding and good luck with the staff…minus the wonderful evening staff who was extremely overworked with all the requests that should have been done on days.

We've stayed here previously and have enjoyed it. We're there usually for medical purposes and like the fact we can take our time getting ready in the morning.

Pet hair on the furniture and floor. Some on the bed.

Just off interstate. Breakfast was okay. Must checkout by 11:00am. Very clean

My experience at Comfort Suites Fargo Medical Center was overshadowed by a serious security concern. After checking out, my debit card was used fraudulently to pay for someone else’s stay. I only used my debit card once—at the front desk to pay for my own room.I am still working to resolve this issue with my bank and the hotel. Given that my card information appears to have been compromised after my stay, I strongly encourage the property to review its payment-processing procedures and security controls to help prevent similar incidents from affecting other guests.While I cannot say with certainty how the card information was obtained, the timing of the fraudulent charge is very concerning and warrants investigation.

Overall worn out hotel. Night desk clerk was very unhappy to be at work. Gave a grungy vibe, towels had curly black hair on them. Bathtub was dirty also. Not a great experience, needs help and updating. Don’t stay here if you like cleanliness.

There was only 1 staff member onsite for check in and she was the only one on staff throughout the night. Realized Our shower had no shampoo/conditioner in it and it took well over half an hour to get it while I waited with wet hair. Took several attempts to get it as the staff member had no one to help her. She had a line up at the check in so was not able to bring it up to our room. Can’t believe they have only one staff member onsite site in the evening…very stressful for the one employee!!!

The hotel was clean and breakfast hot. We had trouble getting our door to unlock. Went to the front desk twice and finally asked for staff assistance to get open. Third set of keys finally worked. Front desk assistance was effecient but not necessarily welcoming either. Seemed annoyed when we needed assistance with the door the final time.

Clean and well kept.

Friendly staff, great breakfast Room was comfortable and quiet.

The room was clean, except for scuffs and splashes on the walls & other items. Couch in suite was broken. My room key stopped working 3 times. Numerous other patrons also told me they had trouble with keys. AC was off when I entered room & did not cool the room once turned on.

Hot tub was lukewarm & a little under filled, but overall a nice experience!

Staff was great helping solve the wet carpet in our room by switching us to another room. The rooms were clean but the building itself needs a lot of tending too.

Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was typical continental. Did not use pool area, but it looked clean from the outside.
