The GM at this hotel is the best. She cares about her guests and makes sure that they don't have to stress over unnecessary problems.

Room was large and clean; well stocked with basic needs. Nice to have breakfast available each morning. Great location in walking distance to restaurants, zoo, and other activities. Many other things with 5 to 10 minute drive.

room was very dirty. Hair in the shower. Shower curtain was broken, caused water to go all over the floor.. breakfast was late, so I decided to just have toast. which was stale.

The next day, when I spoke with the manager, I was told that it “looked like water” and was accused of having caused the problem myself. No compensation was offered. Because I no longer felt comfortable staying at the property, I canceled my second night and moved to another hotel. Accidents happen, and I understand that. What disappointed me most was not the wet bed itself, but the lack of empathy and the way the situation was handled.

The hot tub was broken (we chose this hotel for the hot tub). There was no ice in the ice machine, the makeup mirror was broken, and the faucet dripped all might. Paid full price.

We've stayed there in the past so we're repeat customers. It's convenient and the staff is very accommodating.

This hotel was clean and accommodating. The front desk was less than enthusiastic on both occasions over the past week that I stayed there. But I will stay there again.

The breakfast was good but not outstanding. Could have had more variety of various meats. None were present.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The workers here are horrible. Their tone was not so kind and their behaviors were not very educated.
