Staff does not like working. They look at you like you don't belong on front of them bugging them while they get paid.

I had a guy next door blare his TV all night long and would not wake up when I knocked on his door. I went downstairs to complain and there wasn't any staff member at the desk. I called the hotel and nobody answered. I called the reservation number and they couldn't get ahold of staff either. I asked for a refund but was denied. Poorly ran and poorly managed. Some staff were nice, most looked at you like you were bothering them.

The rooms need updating in linens and furnishings. The breakfast meal was one of the worst I have ever had a Hampton Inn.

The rooms were clean. It was quiet and able to sleep great, because it was quiet. The staff were very friendly. The beds were comfortable.

Older property. No USB ports for modern charging cables. Staff was a little rude and not automatically helpful when needed something. Great breakfast!!
