Booked specifically for our kids and their pool which upon check in was told it wasnt working and could use one a block away- which also wasnt working... ridiculous for the price we paid 😒

The property is literally falling apart. I understand that an update is coming soon, but broken doors and broken drawers in the room is unacceptable. The price we paid was too much for what we got. The dining room/lobby was not clean until day 5 of our stay. The pool is a wading pool only and the hot tub was moderately warm. This was our third stay at this property in 5 years...and our last!

Clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and the room was nice sized. The fitness center was decently equipped and enjoyable to use. The pool area was very dated and in need of renovation. Kids still had fun and enjoyed it but it definitely needs some TLC.

Staff does not like working. They look at you like you don't belong on front of them bugging them while they get paid.

I had a guy next door blare his TV all night long and would not wake up when I knocked on his door. I went downstairs to complain and there wasn't any staff member at the desk. I called the hotel and nobody answered. I called the reservation number and they couldn't get ahold of staff either. I asked for a refund but was denied. Poorly ran and poorly managed. Some staff were nice, most looked at you like you were bothering them.

The rooms need updating in linens and furnishings. The breakfast meal was one of the worst I have ever had a Hampton Inn.
