Location Sheets were dirty. We had to move to a different room.

Bed was comfortable, let me come in right away, room was large Carpet busy and dated, WiFi was extra charge so didn’t use it

We were instructed by this hotel to wear masks about three days before our stay. Granted, this facility was close to a medical center. However, if we were told up-front that this facility required masks, we would have chosen another hotel. We were unable to get a refund due to selecting the lower rate with no cancelations. I'm out $112+ (probably charge me for taxes). Booking may want to flag this hotel and others close to a medical center.

Nothing The AC unit was broken, got another room and also didn’t work

We enjoyed our room and breakfast. The only complaint was that the hot tub and pool weren’t open as they were being renovated and this wasn’t stated online clearly (booked via expedia).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds are very clean.

Pool was closed for testing. Did not know this until we got there. Would have been nice to know at the time of booking.

It was in a good location The hotel is lacking cleanliness. The rooms are gross, the comforter looked to have been reused without being washed, had urine on it. We brought our own blanket. Nasty thick dust and trash in corners or rooms. Sticky stuff in carpets. The AC isn’t working correctly. It gets really hot and humid throughout the whole building. Even when our ac was set it never would get cool in the room.

Lady at check in not friendly. Dirty towels in bathroom and a bedsheet had blood stains

We showed up and the pool and hot tub were closed due to renovations. Also, the carpeting in the hallways and other areas was loose. It's probably good they are renovating and they need it, but it would have been nice to know it ahead of time.

We were upset that we had picked their location for the pool and it was under renovation. They were willing to move us to another location under their umbrella

Hotel staff was kind, the hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet as well. The breakfast was very good, they had coffee all day in the lobby and there were games you could borrow to play as well! There were signs in the lobby that stated they were going to be updating their hotel soon as well so it will be even nicer the next time we stay! We stayed with three of our young children and the pool was PERFECT for them! If you are looking for a deep pool, this isn’t it, but staying with young kids here was great! There were a few minor things such as chipped paint in the pool area, the fabric on the desk chair on our room was a little worn (but again, that’s going to be replaced soon), and it would’ve been nice to have some sort of tv guide for the channels. But we would absolutely stay here again and we very much recommend it

Waited 15 minutes for someone to come check us in when finally did was very rude pool was out of service would have been nice to know this ahead of time
