I will probably NEVER stay there again. It LOOKS great, until you get your room key and go to the room (327). To start with, I had to basically use my shoulder to open the door, even after the lock was released. I pulled my bag into the room, turned on the lights and went into the bathroom immediately (what I do any time I check into a motel). The floor in the shower was dirty with mold in several places around the perimeter. Seeing that, I started looking for what else was wrong. The sink was very slow to drain and the overflow opening in the front of the sink could certainly use a cleaning. I went downstairs and said I wanted another room, and guess what. I was told that was not possible because the facility was sold out. Imagine that. So, it was late, and I was tired, so I went back upstairs. The room door had not closed, as I had not pulled it shut. I went back inside, and the bathroom door will not close without force either! The stuffed chair in the room is very visibly damaged (torn) and not clean. The vent in the bathroom needs to be cleaned, the exterior of the wall next to the shower door opening has been damaged but not repaired for a LONG time, The bedding was damp (really great to lie down on/in to sleep! And I damn near fell when I stepped into the shower this morning, as the floor was slippery. A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. I took pictures too. Oh, by the way, there is damage in the hall next to the elevator door. I WILL NOT BE BACK! YOU CAN COUNT ON THAT!

I wanted to give this hotel a higher rating because honestly, the blackout drapes were amazing, the bed was super comfy and everyone was friendly. Unfortunately, I just couldn’t get over the shower which was disgusting. It had other people’s hair and significant mildew buildup. It was the only part of the hotel/room that was dirty but for me it was gag worthy dirty and everything else saved their rating.

Nice clean hotel with the best hot breakfast and other options. Love the warm cinnamon rolls! Convenient to 94West for travelers.

The room was dirty, hair in shower, ripped furniture, stains on the sheets. Staff was friendly though. But will not be staying here again.
