Pool had a maintenance issue.

One unfortunate amenities issues that overlapped my stay...a VERY important piece of equipment in their pool/hottub is currently out of order while they await parts to arrive. However, at check-in, Erin adjusted my room to help navigate this loss beautifully. I was so grateful as I had just completed some intense travel for work and a lovely room to relax in made all the difference for recovery before more miles the next day. I will definitely be back when my travels take me to Fargo again. Thanks a Million to this team!!

After several other hotels in the past week throughout Minnesota and North Dakota that left us less than impressed, Best Western Kelly Inn & Suites was such an impressive place! To start out with, the adorable “bears” crawling up the exterior were such a cute touch. Our room was spacious and in great condition. Sadly, the pool was closed - but it looked like it would have been very enjoyable with its themed decor and play areas. The breakfast was delicious and this hotel has options for gluten free and dairy free restrictions, all well marked and/or in original containers. Udi (free from gluten, dairy, soy, tree nuts, and peanuts!) blueberry muffins were available upon request, unsweetened vanilla Silk Almond Milk in the refrigerator, hard boiled eggs, Cheerios, and a variety of coffee and hot tea options, as well as different juices. Toppings available for yogurt or oatmeal were also available, so I was able to add blueberries into my cereal. We were sad this was our shortest stay of our trip so far - we would not hesitate to return or to refer others to stay here.

Place was great but the pool area was closed during Stay so that was bummer but other than that this place was great!

I booked online to get there to enjoy the pool and hot tub with my kids , to find out it was all closed . We left and cancelled our room waiting to get reimbursed from Expedia . Lady at the front seemed to care less that we were upset to not know the pool wax closed etc .

We've stayed here many times witth no problems but this time I was not happy with the condition of our room. It obviously hadn't been vacuumed as we found a partial candy wrapper and a grape on the floor and our tissue box was empty. It made me a little leary about whether or not our beds had clean sheets on them. Please do better.

Comfortable atmosphere nice decore

We stayed here while traveling with our kids for a wrestling tournament, and it was a great choice. The hotel was conveniently located close to our event venue, making it easy to get back and forth. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.One thing that really stood out was the pool area. It was always clean, well cared for, and consistently stocked with towels, which is something we don't often see despite traveling frequently. The breakfast was well stocked each morning, and we especially enjoyed the cappuccino machine.We also appreciated the afternoon snacks and drinks that were available when we arrived. They weren't offered for the remainder of our stay, but that wasn't a big concern and I didn't ask about the schedule. The bathtub was surprisingly spacious, and the room looked and felt very clean throughout our visit.Overall, this is a cute hotel with a cozy cabin-style, woodsy charm. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Everything was clean and maintained well. It was nice to have an afternoon reception with snacks and cocktails. That was unexpected and very much appreciated. Good breakfast selection. easy check-in and checkout process.
