Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites

Nice pool, breakfast, clean and well maintained property.

The biggest complaint i have is that I specifically paid extra for the king suite with jacuzzi soaking tub and it was just a plain tub. The pictures and descriptions need to be updated on all apps especially 3rd party apps.

I brought my two basset hounds and they enjoyed the atmosphere, people were petting them. This is the best behavior ever. No barking, listen to commands , entering the elevator fine. Nice doggy area too. Denise Adkins

Property and rooms are very clean. The hotel has a neat wood log theme and the pool is really cool. Kids would love the pool. Laundry facilities and business room. Restaurants in walking distance! Great place to stay, especially the jacuzzi tub rooms!!

Beautiful place to stay. Was very impressed with cleanliness and comfot.

Check in started at 4pm which is later than most other hotels and even though a room was ready earlier, the front desk staff wanted to charge an extra $25 for early check in. We waited until 4 because that didn’t seem worth it. On previous stays at this hotel, we have always had a great stay, but the breakfast this time was not well stocked and we ended going out to eat instead. Other than that a good stay.

Everything was good. The staff. I left a bag there and the front deck lady said they found it and It would be there once my kid went to pick it up they couldn’t not find it. So someone stole it after they found it and said it would be there.

Its a fairly clean establishment. The building is a little bit old but it is well maintained and clean. The pool was clean too. The breakfast was really good with a lot of options. Staff were nice and friendly as well. Definitely coming back there.

10/10 perfect stay, clean room, quiet. Adult pool time was unique. Great sleep on comfortable bed!

Everything look excellent until we hit the bed , air conditioning place next to the bed , every time the noise start wake us up , the sheet bed some how really hot then cold , room 306 , suggestion move the bed to the middle of the room and move sofas close to air conditioning,

The pool area was a highlight for our kids—there was something for all ages, and it was clean, well-maintained, and never overly crowded. It made downtime during our stay really enjoyable for the whole family. Breakfast was fantastic each morning with a wide variety of options. Everything was constantly stocked and fresh, even during busy times, which made mornings easy and stress-free. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. For the first time while traveling, I actually got a full, restful night’s sleep, which made a huge difference in our trip. It was also a relief that there is no pet fee, which made traveling with our pet much easier and more affordable compared to other hotels. The location was extremely convenient—close to everything we needed with easy access to restaurants, stores, and attractions. Parking was plentiful and simple, which added to the overall ease of the stay. This is our #1 go-to hotel every time we are in Fargo, which is frequent due to hockey travel. Overall, everything was smooth, comfortable, and well thought out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This is a very nice hotel and the price is reasonable. Breakfast was good with a decent amount of options. They had gluten free muffins available for my daughter which was an added bonus. Staff were all very friendly and helpful! Enjoyed our one night very much.

Food was good and the staff was very kind. Unfortunately, mattresses were very uncomfortable and sinking in like cereal bowls. The AC was so loud when it tried to cool that it wasn't possible to sleep with it running.

Spacious room! The shower curtain needs to be fixed, but there were plenty of towels(in the room) The hotel should provide towels in the pool area so the elevator floor isn’t covered in water.

Quiet, the pool area is ideal for kids under 10, and priced very well. A lot of food and beverage options included in the complimentary breakfast and the quality is decent. The parking lot is quite small for the guest capacity; they would benefit by adding some 20 spots or so. Although, I realize this isn't possible given their location. The floor of the bathtub was stained and there were holes in the shower wall due to the curtain rod having been moved at least 3 times.
