Everything was excellent except for the slides in the pool was out of order.

It was a nice stay , clean , quiet except for some loud people with kids in hallways. Breakfast was fine and staff were very nice.

The pillows could be updated and provide tv instructions as we couldn’t figure out how to use the two remotes. Otherwise was good!

Rooms were fine and breakfast was good. Waterslide, which is why I booked this hotel was out of service.

Breakfast wasn't very good. The first morning, the eggs were not fully done. The 2nd morning the gravy for the biscuits and gravy was cold. we put it in the microwave and it was ok.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to the surrounding area. The room was clean. The staff was helpful, the breakfast had good options and there was plenty of parking.

kids slide pump was under repair so didnt use that, lol, but I wasnt looking for that anyway...friendly staff, cordial, used the gym and room was clean and stocked well with towels, etc. Would come back for sure.

Hotel had a meeting room the teams were able to use for group meals (held 60 people comfortably with plenty of extra space for all the food, coolers, etc). Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had everything set up for us prior to our arrival. Teams would definitely stay here again.

The room was not cleaned well. There were items still in the fridge and the bathroom dispensers were not filled. The waterslide was not working and that is part of the reason we booked with this hotel. There was no notice of the slide being out of order prior to arrival.
