Everything was good generally - a friendly desk clerk, the location was convenient for picking up things we forgot to bring and getting downtown where our scheduled celebration was taking place, the room was clean and nicely furtnished. Easy to get the toothbrush we forgot and extra towels. Small things such as our shampoo dispenser was empty and for the price of the room, I was disappointed to be charged two dollars for a bottle of water. Also the outlets by the bed were not working for my sleep machine which meant looking around for an outlet that worked.

Had a burger and it was very good. A few more things on the menu wouldve been nice. but it was very good. Also slot machines!!! I wouldve loved to of had them in the building.. It was very clean and nice!!

The hot tub was great! I try always to stay at a place with a hot tub. Food prices were a little expensive

Cold breakfast was great. Lighting was terrible in my room. There was no place to hang wet towels or underwear that I had rinsed out. The shelving area behind the doors was so dark that I couldn't see what the clothing items were that I had put inside. Because if these three above issues, I was very disappointed in the room.

I only stayed one night but the facility was clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was very good and the service was excellent.

We also requested an accessible room which we received, however, it was far from accessible. It had only one grab bar on the other side of the tub. When a person is in a wheelchair, it makes no sense whatsoever to only have 1 grab bar on the other side of the tub. The room should have had an accessible shower.
