Everything was great. Lobby was clean and orderly breakfast was ok. Room was clean and very nice. Then I opened the shower curtain and it was wall to wall black mildew in caulk joints. This would easily be one of the best places to stay in Fargo for the price if you spent $50 and recaulked bathroom.

The bed needs to be replaced! For almost $300 for one night the bed shouldn’t have been sunk in the middle.

Loved our stay. The room was clean, and breakfast was great. The mattress seems to need a replacement. It dipped in the middle. Also, we arr used to taller toilets. This one was very low.

Location is great, close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Breakfast is really good. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Check in was at noon, which is great because typically is earlier for other hotels. AC was kind of noisy but it worked fine.

The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were amazing! The pool was a decent size for our grandchildren. It would have been nice to have a hot tub, but it wasn't essential to us staying there. The rooms were comfortable and plenty of space. There were some scratches/dents/marks on the walls and just needed to be touched up some. The wallpaper was coming off the walls in the some places. These are just minor cosmetic things that - so nothing huge.

Location is great It’s very tired. The main areas are good but the room was very worn. The bathroom fan was hanging out of the ceiling, paint was chipped on doors and wall surfaces. The mattress was so worn I could see the dips where people have slept.
