The staff was nice. The room was clean.

Room was not clean when we arrived, we had issues with the toilets in both rooms, had to run the AC at 61 The whole stay to keep the room cool, and the beds were awful. My bed in particularl in room 405, you either slept in a hole or constantly rolled into it in the night. Staff was great though.

Not enough towels provided since the ones that were had to be used to soak up water on the floor since they cant purchase long enough shower curtains that prevent water from going underneath it.

Staff was super helpful, and attentive. Bed was amazingly comfortable.

Hotel was ok, wasn't as clean as I expected but it worked for the one night. After checking in I wished I would've booked a different hotel.

Pool area was stuffy. And the tile in the pool area was slippery.

The stay was just ok for our needs but would probably not stay there again. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet (4th floor). The carpet in our room was stained and needs replaced so I imagine it’s the same throughout the building. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. The bathroom light is connected to a loud fan so is not separate. One cannot hear a thing when it’s on which I personally find annoying. The breakfast was the same everyday and very basic but was fresh. I feel the hotel needs renovating inside and out.

Everything was great. Lobby was clean and orderly breakfast was ok. Room was clean and very nice. Then I opened the shower curtain and it was wall to wall black mildew in caulk joints. This would easily be one of the best places to stay in Fargo for the price if you spent $50 and recaulked bathroom.
