There were some issues with my check-in. I had to re-sign my form. The second day my keys for the room didn't work.

Breakfast could have been better. Went to the pool area for the hot tub only to find it filled with cement

I only had a bagel and coffee. The bagel was as expected. The coffee was good but there was no sugar! I used some honey and that was interesting. In my room, my coffeemaker leaked water a lot. I did not report it to the front desk as I forgot to do so. I was room 307.

The bed was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. The staff is amazing. Hotel, in general, needs repairs and updating. Card reader malfunctioned at check-in. Staff could not get it to work. Waited to check-in for more than half an hour. No fault of the staff. Faulty/old equipment. Furnishings need updating as well as the bathroom (old and unpleasant in appearance).

Great staff & clean very nice breakfast No lamps in the sofa/ tv room. Very dark ask the staff for one, they found one in another room. I was told Wingate didn’t have extra and was not concerned about it. This has no reflection on the staff, they were great ?

Location and the customer service. We arrived very late, after midnight and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I was not able to connect to the wi-fi because I needed to create an account.

Bathroom needed cleaning. Terrible for your hotel’s reputation. I would rather sleep in a camper or cabin. At least I would not have to worry about being around other people’s hair left from previous occupiers. I was ready to ask for a refund I was so grossed out!!
