MainStay Suites Fargo - I-94 Medical Center

I understand why they can’t provide public breakfast, but we didnt have any silverware or dishes in our suite, and i wasnt going to buy some for 4 days, which was why we stayed there to be able to warm our left overs and make meals. Most of the room was great but the carpet had a lot of pet hair and smelled.

The room was okay but the lobby and hallway carpets were filthy also the front entry and sidewalks were totally unkept and very dirty has not been swept in a year or so. Would not stay again.

I was very impressed with this location, you can tell they have good housekeeping my room was clean. It’s small but so comfortable & that was all that mattered to me a clean comfortable room. The staff were nice & anytime I needed anything they provided it thanks for making this stay pleasant for me & my 4 children(:

Enjoyed the stay!

The floor was a little sticky. Other than that, it was fine.

Beds were very very cozy, but I found hairs on the pillows. Otherwise overall property was good, but could use some upgrades

Disappointing

There was no breakfast and the property seemed dirty to me.

Swimming pool had hair and debris floating. Temperature was cold. Room was adequate and clean. Staff was friendly.

Superb

This is an older property that is showing its age. The rooms are large and would be great for a longer stay ie full kitchen. The staff is lovely and make up for some of the tiredness of the property. It is well located. The breakfast was disappointing but is free so can’t complain too much.

Superb

Short one night stay as I was in town for a concert. The place was clean and the room was large. Bed was comfortable and HVAC worked fine. There are lots of food options near the motel within walking distance.

Main door wouldn't latch or lock well. Heater in bedroom stunk and set off smoke alarm. TV outside bedroom was difficult to use. TV in bedroom worked perfectly. The bathroom fan exhaust cover didn't fit and looked terrible. The bathroom lights were very dim. You could hear excessive road noise.

Comfortable, location I wish I knew it was an extended stay hotel and that it was connected to the red roof inn. I few shady people around smoking pot and hanging in the parking lot.

Our room was pretty clean. We liked the format of the room very much. It’s unfortunate that they chose the time part way thru our stay to eliminate all breakfast and coffee service.

2 weeks ago we stayed and all was good... we just stayed again n the room was dirty, dirty dishes in dishwasher. Dirty towels. Musty smelling. Dirty mop smell. Appliances didnt work. Asked for help n did not receive. Will stay somewhere else if that way again.

Staff was friendly. Room was spacious and clean

Hot tub was not that great

On plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good, featuring fresh scrambled eggs and sausage.
