Excellent

The swimming pool was dirty and not safe to swim especially for the kids. Hopefully they fix and clean the pool. The room was ok, big and has small kitchen which is very helpful.

Decent

Dishwasher in our room loose and almost fell out while loading. Some of the front desk staff lovely, one blond young lady ( there at night) a bit rude. Pool and hot tub old and grungy. Otherwise pretty good place to stay. Comfy, clean bed made it!

Clean, Spacious and well maintained rooms. Complimentary breakfast was good

Convenient location and easy to get to. Fast check in. The bathroom smelled like urine. There was left over trash from the previous guest in the bin under the sink. Some of the glasses and dishes in the cupboard were dirty and needed cleaning before use. Not sure if we would stay here again

Nice

Our room was large and roomy but NOT CLEAN. There was a lot of hair, mostly pubes, in the tub/shower. We cleaned with dish soap and rinsed it before using. Garbage can in the kitchenette was completely full of garbage and it looked like someone vomited all over the side of the can. Dust and dirt on items and in all the corners/crevices. The tile floor was so sticky it felt like an entire can of soda was spread onto the floor. The lobby and hallways reeked of marijuana. No ice bucket in the room, nor were there disposable cups for coffee. The room’s microwave had a puddle of dried up brown liquid in it and smelled really bad. The hotel elevator was filthy, it left a bad impression. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Very dirty needs updates and breakfast was terrible. Cereal was so old, and I think everything was outdated.

When we arrived the sheets on my bed were black like someone had oil on them and rolled around my bed. There was also clumps of hair on our beds. The front hosts said there wasn't anyone to help with the sheets but she came up and re-did the sheets. The second night the smell of weed was so bad it smelled in our room. Which I had my 8 year old daughter complaining about the skunk that was out in the hallway. I've stayed at this hotel so many times but this week was the worst.

The staff isn't there after a certain time you have to go next door to another hotel that get help for anything. This is not a comfortable fact if your a solo female traveler.

The hotel is in a nice area with restaurants nearby and is close to the mall. It is by a fairly busy street that did get noisy in the evening. The hotel itself and the rooms were fairly maintained but could definitely use some updating and deep cleaning. The lady at the front desk was phenomenal in helping us to get an early check-in. The pool and pool area were clean and we loved that there was a separate 1 foot deep area for small children that is blocked off from the rest of the pool. The pool was a little chilly for my liking but the kids didn’t mind. The pull out couch in the room was a little dirty but decently comfortable. The king bed one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve had in a while. Even with both of the air conditioning units running, the room was very humid and sticky feeling. The separate bedroom wasn’t as bad as the main living room area. All of our clothing and personal blankets we brought felt damp upon leaving. The breakfast was okay but didn’t have as many options as others. Overall, it is likely that we would stay here again.

They had ring bologna instead of sausage.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Liked having a suite. Good value.

Staff very nice

I’m not sure our room was cleaned other than that the beds were made. 😕 fridge clearly hadn’t been wiped out and there was hair all over in the bathroom.

Dirty. Construction workers lived there. Halls muddy. We were there 2 nights and the halls never vacuumed. Our room was half assed clean. If you have a family..look elsewhere

-the house keeper manager bianca was loud and demeaning to the housekeeping staff. Swearing. In a sense yelling. Made me uncomfortable. Openly said housekeeper was already terminated -the pool and hot tub were so bad. The pool was so cloudy couldn't even see the bottom and it was only 4 feet. A very thick film was on the top of it. -asked front desk and the maintenance guy was there as well if the pool was tested that day and they both lookec confused and couldn't confidently tell me when. -the ac was set to 60, I turned it up and within minutes a musty smell appeared in the room -the front desk person called the manager to fiaure out our room and her manager was yelling and talking fast over the phone. We could hear it through the phone. -very unprofessional on many counts. Rooms weren't checked out. We almost didn't have a room because they thought someone was in there because it was never marked. -my gf went back in to turn in key cards around 5 and someone was checking in and the front desk said that his room wasn't ready

Staff was very kind, we had an issue with our key cards they kept being deactivated or were just not working. The property wasn’t dirty by any means but it wasn’t to the level of cleanliness that I expect from hotels. Overall a decent hotel on the cheaper side.
