The room was pretty clean, but the halls and remainder of the property very rundown. Supposed to be non-smoking but walking through the halls you can tell somebody is smoking hot tub did not work the hot tub. They said we could use next-door hot tub was dirty and jets do not work well. The pool did not look very clean at all. No breakfast and staff does not acknowledge you and lots of noise up and down the halls all day and night. Day, I arrived, lady outside, screaming, and cussing at somebody in her car ended up, slashing some tires and breaking some glass police showed up.

We stayed here multiple times months apart. It's an excellent value for the money.

The friendly people. Convenient to our travel The room was ok, clean but not functional. The main lights didn't work but a couple did. Bathroom,and one side of bed lamp and over the sink the lights worked. It's older and needed a little help. But was comfortable to make it through the night.

They advertised and staff announced that it's a 100% smoke free facility. Walking down the hallway to our room we could clearly smell smoke. Over night we could also smell weed and some of those smoke smells migrated into some of our rooms. Walking into our room it had a strong smell of food. We could not open the window to get fresh air into the room as a clip was installed on the window to only allow it to open an inch at most. The TV was inoperable. There were stains on furniture and walls. There was foreign hair in one of the beds and in the shower. There appeared to be mould in the bathroom on the wall and floor base. The room was missing a smoke/co detector and wires were dangling from the ceiling. Observed a cockroach looking bug crawling over the carpet and under the bed. One of our rooms reported a musty mouldy smell in their room. We ran into issues with key cards that wouldn't work in all three rooms. While attempting to have this fixed, the overnight staff at the front desk was extremely rude. Even after this only a few key cards actually worked and some doors we had to make sure not to shut all the way. Upon departure we ran into multiple other guests in the parking lot who expressed similar findings. This was on a weekend with an event in the city. Prices were extremely overpriced for the service and experience received.

Great location and friendly staff Room was dirty, peeling paint, and even found a razor blade.

The ice machine was broken (or wasn't making ice well as there was no ice), the door didn't close right leaving a gap and making the door rattle, the microwave has to be pulled forward plug it in.

It was it in great location. My first night here I was just laying in the bed and someone with a key card just opened my door as they were knocking. Didn’t even give me time to get to the door. They said they were just checking if anyone was in my room but thankfully I had the door latch on. It was extremely strange and no sort of apology. I had no where else to stay or I would have left then.

The property was very convenient to the different places we had to go. The bathroom was small.
