The staff was very welcoming. The main level was in pretty good condition with some better cleaning needed, There’s a large wall vent which a booth is partially blocking. That should not be and the vent is quite dirty. We were on level 3 and immediately off the elevator we saw the carpets were filthy!! Also some maintenance going on and some insulation on the hallway. The outdoor room door frames all have chipped paint. It reminded us of a college dorm. They need some deep cleaning and slight updates with paint. It would go a long way!!

Great spot for shopping and dining. I love the kitchen and full size fridge. The hotel is nice and quiet. The free breakfast was delicious. We stay here everytime we're in Fargo and Jinx, the hotel receptionist is so friendly and even remembered us from the last time we stayed. I highly recommend this hotel.
