Reallt nice hotel! Close to the West Acres Mall and central to alot of resturants in the area.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. All went well and smooth. Loved the shower

The beds were very comfortable.

The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen. We didn't know that there wasn't a breakfast available. But, now we now and we plan on staying there again, because we can bring our own food and make it right there. We don't have to order out. The property and parking lot were clean. The staff was very helpful and respectful

Better than expected

Room was clean. Good sized room. Location is nice to get around Fargo/Moorhead easily.

Loved that there were two hot tubs but only one was working. Room was a nice size and comfortable.

The TV didn’t work, the front desk came up to look at it and said “I don’t know what’s wrong with it, sorry” I asked for some compensation for the issue and again they said “sorry, if you have a problem with the room, you will have to work with Expedia since that’s who you booked through. Also, they had a sliding door on the bathroom that squeaked like a car with bad breaks, which was not cool when one of us had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Hot tub was too hot to sit in. Shoe prints on the ceiling in the room. The door to the bathroom was incredibly heavy and loud. No breakfast included. Phone didn’t work. Had to use my cellphone to call the front desk to complain about the people above us being super loud until 6am. They didn’t end up doing anything to fix the problem. At check in we didn’t receive any information on amenities, WiFi or anything. Took my credit card and handed me my keys. Extremely disappointed in my stay.

This was a very nice studio suite. It was roomy with a nice bathroom that had a walk in shower. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, and the beds were comfortable. It was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!
